Not surprised at this review considering the damage and stress Lena caused while staying at my house. I was away during her visit. I sent her instructions via Air bnb message the day I left that her key was in the white box outside. Lena took both keys out of the box and she locked them inside the house when she left leaving my cleaner with no access and air bnb guests with no accommodation that night. When I contacted her re she didn't seem to care whatsoever. She didn't reply to messages - if she has such a massive problem with her accommodation why did she not get in touch with me or even reply to me.
I spent half a day on the phone while on holiday and with air bnb and the with my guests arriving who were left in an awful situation. I also had to look into getting the locked changed because of this. When I returned home, the house smelled of stale, mouldy food Lena had left on the table, there was food all over the floor and found towels over the bath, her fresh towels were on the back of the door in the guest bedroom , unused, where I had left them. We wash and change towels/ bed sheets for EVERY guest - the bed clothes were absolutely not dirty. I have contacted air bnb and reported Lena and I'm really disappointed that one guest could cause so much upset.
