We expect guests to be quiet & civilised in all public areas of the resort.
Refrain from playing loud music at night.
Request all guests to refrain from throwing anything out of windows!
Please go through the following rules before you book.
1. Wifi is provided but Chargeable
2. Housekeeping is provided every alternative day within 9 am to 12 noon. Management does not take any responsibility in case the guest is out of the apartment during the Housekeeping timings. Housekeeping will not be provided after 12 noon
3. Bedsheets and towels provided would be changed every alternative days.
4. Swimming pool timings are 10 am to 5 pm. No Food and beverages are allowed inside and outside the pool premises.
5. Parking for personal vehicle is chargeable
6. As per Security policies, Guests need to pay a security deposit of Rs 1000 to my caretaker on arrival.
The same would be refunded back at the time of check out
7. Illegal activities are strictly prohibited in the apartment. We strictly follow a No tolerance policy for Prostitution and Drugs
8.Guests are particularly requested to lock the door of their rooms when going out going to bed. The Management will not in any way whatsoever be responsible for any loss / or damage to the Guest's belongings or any other property from either the apartment or any other part of the apartment for any cause whatsoever including theft of pilferage.
9. The management reserves for itself, the absolute right of admission to any person into the apartment premises, to request any guest to vacate his or her room at any moment without previous notice, and without assigning any reason whatsoever. The guest shall be bound to vacate when requested to do so. In case of default, the management will be entitled to remove the luggage and belongings from the room occupied by the guest and lock it.
10. All guests are requested to carry Xerox Copies of their Identity Proofs . The same would be collected by my caretaker on arrival. Failing to carry the same may cause delay to your Check-In procedures.

Although the host Edwin was quite helpful with local transportation and generous by upgrading us to 2 bhk rooms for free coz of our mistake however there were certain minor things that were major inconvenience to us like there were no toilet paper in the bathroom. And no two bathrooms were working together as in there was no clean water from the taps. Plus the water filter in the kitchen did not work rendering us to get our own supply of bottled water. As we only stayed for 2 nights there was not much of a problem as new years eve is hectic for everyone everywhere so we also refrained from calling and complaining to the host for every minute glitch as we wanted to stay at the place only to crash after partying.

Nice apartment...Nice View....Very Helpful and kind Edwin....A perfect place to stay...Just book and get relaxed...Tension free stay...Loved it.

We 7 friends stayed here for three days. Nice place. Few blankets had bad smell but got new ones on second day. The place is clean and calm.

Terrible, stay ruined by caretaker and his taxi wala friends Apartment caretaker Krishna and his friend cab driver Dinesh coerced money from us FOR TAXI WE DIDN'T TAKE. We, a group of five guys, had prebooked and paid for two nights stay via AirBnB. Owner(?) Edwin gave us the caretaker Krishna's number. When we enquired about car rentals, Edwin gave us a Dinesh's number and said he will arrange for the car. Dinesh informed us over chat that the rate for taking us from Madgoan to Candolim is Rs1600. On getting down at Madgon, we took a local train to vasco and tried to find a car for rent. We called and asked Krishna about car rentals and he again said Dinesh will arrange for that. When we called Dinesh he said he will come to vasco and pick us. We said no, as there is no point in waiting for him to travel all the way from vasco to Candolim. On reaching the apartment, the entrance was littered with food waste and the smell was disgusting. The apartment itself was dirty, the kitchen smelly with food waste, used spoons, plates, etc. and the AC was an ancient, noisy piece. On checking out, the caretaker kept us waiting for around two hours. And when he arrived at last, he wouldn't return our ID until the cab driver arrived with another guy. Together they demanded that we pay Rs 1200 for booking his cab, which we had not done. All of them were very rude and started threatening us. Two minutes in, another taxi wala arrived and it was very clear that we were being cornered. At that point , we had no option but to pay or be beaten up. At last we paid the guys the additional amount. It was only sheer luck that we did not miss our return flight. In short we lost a ton of money on a such apartment, and were cornered into paying more money for services(that too taxi) we didn't avail.

Dear LIJO Its really shocking to see how your review is based on an issue faced by you and a driver and for that you have tried t spoil my reputation. Just for your knowledge, i have 100 reviews till date and hence people know the quality of service we provide. In the entire review you had so much to say about the payment made to taxi driver, but you forgot to mention that i personally came to solve the matter and you paid only 600 whereas the rest payment of 600 was made by me. I will be attaching the (SENSITIVE CONTENTS HIDDEN) conversation you had with the driver to Airbnb so that people can know that even after calling a taxi driver to Madgaon, you got down at Vasco station and started acting smart and told him to return back.. Is this what you call a true gentleman??? Such hypocrisy on your part is strictly un-recommendable... I dont know what property you have lived in till date, but dont spoil some ones reputation for your mistake. At the end of the day , i have given you a good review so that you dont have issues booking with Airbnb in near future. But dont do this with some other host, as every body is not same and you might fall in trouble Regards Edwin
