Naveen & team doing a great job, bringing the true nature for you. If u r solo Traveller who loves the nature n wilderness then Naveen's place is a place to be. The Jungle & river close to him gives a true feeling. I would definitely recommend to see his place to anyone. Wish to be there again.

It was a wonderful stay! Excellent in hospitality and great place for nature lovers. This place gives you complete detox of technology, market and hustle and bustle of city. Its a proper village. Food was excellent and home cooked (Most of the vegetable were grown in their own farming place). Naveen and his family members are really very supportive while you stay at there place. It was definitely home away from home! I recommend his place to all nature lovers who want to enjoy peace and wildlife from very near. River Khichdi was an add on as it was the natural swimming pool, just behind Naveen's home. The Guide was very interactive and took us to nature walk. In all wonderful stay and people. Just be prepared with your basic things like sunscreen, baby food, mosquito repellents, or medicines etc as market is 10 KM away. Amazing Stay with real experience of farming as well. I would like to stay at his place again!

Naveen and team (including his parents) have been perfect hosts. We were in Kyari initially just for one night but impressed by their hospitality we decided to stay another night. The accommodation, located in a beautiful orchard, is basic but spacious, very tidy and gives you the village feel. The bathroom is modern. The guests stay on the first floor. The family lives downstairs so they are always at hand for any help that you might need. Even before we arrived Naveen was very good at picking up queries and regularly checked on phone to ensure we were on the right track while driving our way to Kyari via Ramanagar. The next day Naveen arranged for a local lad, Guddu to show us the walking routes around the forest, along the river Khichdi and a general tour of the village. Guddu, just like Naveen was very knowledgeable especially when it came to bird sighting and the wildlife behaviour. A very memorable experience indeed! Naveen also runs Camp Hornbill along with the homestay. Visiting the camp was an added bonus. The structures - Chaupal (seating area), buffet area, mud houses et al have been very carefully built by the team and using raw material all sourced locally. It's beautiful and the love, care and passion that has gone into it shows through. It's a role model for other villages looking for alternative revenue streams other than agriculture and to promote village and wildlife conservation efforts. This is a hidden gem in AirBnB at a very affordable price that includes meals as well - a very strong recommendation from me to whosoever bumps into this review. You can't beat the homely feeling of eating a breakfast in the kitchen on the floor (in a traditional Indian way) with Naveen's parents cooking and serving fresh hot breakfast along with the delicious mangoes and lychees sourced from their own orchard. A big thumbs up from me!
