In the morning, admire the mountain slowly hoping out of the mists through the sunshine. Then, enjoy the fully equipped kitchen to feed your body with healing food. Play piano while gazing at the pines on the mountain top. Meditate in the living room. Play board games, do arts&crafts. Warm up your heart and play guitar next to the fire. Enjoy the kittens' sweetest hugs, hang out in the swing on the porch and look at the flowers bloom as they attract thousands of birds and insects. We live in the house and share our space with our guests that we consider as guests-roommates. This means that we are there for you if you have any question, but we also consider you to be autonomous and you are welcome to use the house as you would if it was your own. We hope our house will be a place for you to relax and spend a good time!
Our home is a safe space. People are welcome, regardless of political/social affiliations, religious/spiritual beliefs, race/ethnicity, sexual orientation, gender identity, or any characteristic they wish to identify with.
What is of paramount importance, is respect for any person's identity and views. And to respect people's boundaries.

A high-school teacher who left the pursuit of a career in the corporate teaching environment to pursue her dreams of self-sustainable living and teaching through hands-on experiences. My passions and pursuits are varied, and my house is open to anyone looking to positively add to the space.
I have traveled to France and India on two separate occasions. What I learned was that meeting with a local contact and engaging with their lifestyle was the most rewarding way to travel.
My aim is to share that feeling with others who seek a connection to the lifestyle in a small farm in Quebec, next to the gently rolling hills of Gatineau Park. The house is a reflection of my energy and passions and each nook is lovingly converted towards a purpose of healing.
