We are Australian and have lived in Tasmania for over 30 years. We run a small intimate ecolodge in northern Tasmania and are concerned for the environment. We have been active in many of Tasmania's forest protection campaign and have now achieved a World Heritage listing for the forests surrounding our valley. We enjoy good food and other cultures and prepare dinners for our guests with fresh organic produce.
