Haustür etwas eigenwillig, aber gut verschließbar, Innentür klemmt und sollte repariert werden. Die Rollos kann hab auch kaum bedienen, das Licht bekommt man nur in Raummitte im Schlafzimmer an, Ventilatorschnur Wohnzimmer war abgerissen musste mit Hilfe eines Stuhls ausgeschaltet werden ... für unseren kurzen Aufenthalt war es okay

Good place to stay. Landscaping needs to be trimmed but the house was neat and our group enjoyed the stay.

Great home in an ok area. It is an older home but decorated and updated as much as it could be. The beds were clean and comfortable- which is very important to me so I was happy about that. The bathrooms are very small. Also the bus stop is directly outside the house which is great if you are going to use public transportation. Overall a great house for traveling with a group.

This place is super charming! I had a group of 11 and we were very comfortable. The house was beautiful and very clean. Adam was an exceptional host who kept in close contact with me the entire trip. I would definitely reccomend staying here.

Everything was as represented and the house was amazing. From the convenient location (quick access to metro and bus, restaurants, grocery, pharmacy) to the quietness of the street and immediate surrounds, we had the exact space we needed. While we couldn't take advantage, because of our mixed age children, there is bikeshare station just feet away from the front door. The space Ian best for people really familiar with each other because there are only two bathrooms. We were 9, four of whom were one family so it worked out, but plan on that. Otherwise enjoy!!

The space is great if you're trying to accommodate a larger travel group. It was perfect for my best friends bachelorette weekend. It's a quiet neighborhood in a central D.C. location. Close to great restaurants, lounges, and bars. It's also quiet and remote enough to accommodate a family looking to just explore the city. Their communication and quick responses to questions was incredible. Would definitely recommend! Be sure to adjust the window AC units when you arrive to help the rooms cool if it's summer. Enjoy!

Came DC for a family get together. This rental was large enough to accommodate all of us. The host was great and quick to respond to all of our questions and needs. There is plenty of beds, towels and linens. The bedding was clean, which is always a concern anywhere you rent. The bedrooms had the bed(s), one night stand and a chair. It would have been nice if there was a desk or dresser to put items on. We had everything on the floor. The host had the basics such as shampoo, soap, paper towels, toilet paper, coffee filters, salt and pepper and laundry detergent. We walked to the metro, which was about a 10 minute walk and there is a bus stop right outside the front of the house. The area is a bit depressed but there is a lot of renovation going on but we felt safe. Parking is a challenge. There is not a lot of parking so we had to park 2 blocks away but we used the metro or uber, so it wasn't an issue but pay attention to the parking signs and when to move your car. Each room has a window AC unit and a ceiling fan. I was surprised how cool the house was even though it was 96 outside. There was 9 of us so there was a few things that the house was missing. There was only mirrors in the bathrooms making it hard for all of us to get ready and there was only 6 chairs in dining room. Some windows in the general areas are missing curtains and not keeping the morning light out. At first, I was concerned that there was only one TV, but it was a blessing because it allowed us to be together. There is a deck in the back of the house, which we did not use. Wasn't sure if it was sturdy. Overall, we had a nice time in DC. This rental met our needs and the host was great.
