The De La Reguera House has an upstairs area for guests that feels like a little Parisian garret. Jeannie is from New Orleans and Craig is originally from the U.K. and speaks fluent French. The upstairs rental is best suited to 2 couples or a couple with older children (over 12). Jeannie and Craig live in the downstairs with their 2 dogs and a cat. Jeannie initiated an art box project "New Orleans Street Gallery" after Katrina through a nonprofit Community Visions Unlimited.
The De La Reguera Parisian style upstairs area features nice common area with microwave, refrigerator, coffee/tea makers with lots of extras. Enjoy super comfy queen beds with nice linens, lots of towels plus robes and toiletries for guest use. Luggage storage and closets are featured in each room. 2 bedrooms plus shared upstairs bath with soaking tub. There is also a downstairs full bath with shower that is available to all guests. The home was painstakingly restored 2016-2017. The Tidy's have 2 dogs and a cat that stay downstairs with them although Iris (the cat) may wander in if you leave door open.

We are on the premises and will certainly be available to make any guests stay memorable.
Jeannie & Craig love New Orleans! Jeannie is a native and Craig a U.K. transplant. We love the music and food that is pervasive in the area. Love concerts in City Park and going to local museums. We look forward to our guests arrival and learning more about their cultures. No grit, no pearl is our life motto.
