This lovely 1260 sq/ft 3 bedroom / 1 bath home in Mid-City Los Angeles is easy walking distance to a grocery store, liquor store, and multiple restaurants. You'll love this place for the location and vibe that makes you feel at home yet traveling. You'll have everything you need on your visit but will find most of your time when home will be in the backyard which includes a bocce ball court, fire pit, tv and more. This place is great for families, large groups, business and traveler.
You'll find the location perfect. You're able to walk to a grocery store, liquor store and many restaurants. Most of the time you find your time in the beautiful private backyard which is equipped with outdoor seating, bocce ball court, outdoor TV, and grill. Additionally, there is a sound system throughout the house and backyard so enjoy your tunes while you're swinging in the hammock with a margarita!
The house is a 3 bedroom. All bedrooms have a queen bed.
Please note that the pictures are professional so take them with a grain of salt. The home is a 1924 built. It's extremely charming but don't confuse it for a new modern box. That said we have priced it according and keep the pricing near what 1 room would cost at a hotel (and we not talking about the Ritz!)

1. This is a non-smoking house. We do not allow smoking in our home, backyard, side yard, or front yard. If discovered, the renter will owe a minimum of $1000, ozone cleaning fee.
GUERST ARE REQUIRED TO ADHERE TO THER FOLLOWING:
1. All Debris, Rubbish and discards are blacked in garbage cans. All soiled dishes, pots and pants are washed and left clean.
2. All keys are returned as they were found
3. No linens are lost or damaged. A fee of $50 per damaged or missing linen will be charged from the deposit.
4. No early check-in or late check out. Early check-in or late check-out not approved by owner will result in partial loss of deposit.
5. Only use appliances for their intended uses. DO NOT PUT ANYTHING DOWN KITCHEN SINK DRAIN.
6. Keep the property and furnishings in good working order
7. No weapons, firearms, drugs or other illegal substances allowed anywhere on property.
8. The rental property my not be sublet and your reservation may not be transferred to another party.
REFUNDABLE DAMAGE DEPOSIT - a refundable damaged deposit of $650 is required. The damage deposit does not apply toward rent; please read the terms and conditions of the policy. This damage deposit does not cover damages resulting from smoking, pets, willful misconduct or gross negligence. The damage deposit does not include theft or any items belonging to the rental unit or theft or damage of any property owned by or brought into the unit by the guest of that rental unit. '
a. Some examples of loss of deposit would be a fee of $50 per damaged or missing linen or cost of replacement of damaged household property, i.e. Bed, knife, towel rack, etc.
b. Deposit will be returned in 14 days if no damage is found or missing items.
c. If the home is not left reasonable clean, an additional fee of $250 will be deducted from the deposit.
NO ASSIGNMENT OR SUBLETTING - Renter shall not assign any interest in this Agreement or sublet any part of the Premises. If this Agreement is assigned or the Premises or any part thereof is sublet:
a. Renter, Authorized Guest, assignee(s), sub-lessee(s) and all others will be required to immediately leave the Premises, or be removed from it.
b. Renter is in breach of this Agreement and
c. Renter forfeits their right to return of any rent or security deposit.
NO DAILY MAID SERVICE - While linens and bath towels are included in the house, daily maid services is not included in the rental rate.
RATE CHANGES - Rates subject to change without notice.
FALSIFIED RESERVATION - Any reservation obtained under false pretense will be subject to forfeiture of advance payment, deposit and/or rental money. The party will not be permitted to check-in.
WRITTEN EXCEPTIONS - Any exception to the above mentioned policies must be approved in writing in advance.
FURNITURE - Furnishings must never be removed from the property for use outside or in other properties. Furniture can not be moved inside the unity without permission from the owner.
SECURITY CAMERAS - There are security cameras around the exterior of the property.
EVENTS - House parties, Weddings and other events are not permitted on the property unless you receive prior approval. Guest will be subject to additional charges as a result of approved events.
CONSTRUCTION - We can neither predict nor control house, neighborhood or road construction work therefore cannot be held responsible for any inconvenience due to construction.
RESPECT OTHERS - by keeping the noise down. Please respect our neighbors.
AIR-CONDITIONING - Do not run air conditioning with windows and doors open. This will cause the unit to overheat or freeze up. Full replacement cost will be charged to you.
HEATER - Do not run heater with windows and doors open
GARBAGE - Garbage will be taken to curb on Thursday by gardeners and picked up by city on Friday. Please bring garbage cans back behind gate once they are emptied.
