The facts appear to contradict this review unfortunately.
The house was professionally cleaned following the previous guests departure and they paid 180 for this service, as they chose not to self clean. The supervisor Heidi quality checked the cleaning and this was confirmed by Kevin.
There were no photographs provided for and if the defects reported, despite a direct request made by myself.
Kevin arrived at 18.00 as I advised to Riccardo following check his check in, to teach the guests to use the hot tub, which had just been refilled with clean water following the departure of the previous party, again this is normal procedure. They never mentioned any cleaning issues at that time so far as I am aware.
As a gesture of goodwill we will refund the 60Euro cleaning fee which is designed to cover the checking in and out and the top clean we usually provide.
We do maintain very high standards, as you will see from other reviews regarding the cleanliness of the chalet, and we are keen to ensure that every client has the best service and an enjoyable stay in our home.
We did also allow these guests to check in early and check out late as it was the New Year celebration weekend.
