This is a large, upper floor, two bedroom one bath duplex apartment. It will sleep six people: one king in the master bedroom, one queen in the smaller bedroom, two pull out twin sofa beds in the living room.

7 blocks from Larchmont BLVD. natural light, hardwood floors, brand new kitchen floor, just painted everywhere, tile in bath, PET OK but talk to us FIRST about your pet please. WASHER DRYER INSIDE UNIT. Clean white linens queen bed. recent guest says: "place was much larger than expected! The bed was very comfortable and the space was extremely clean and efficient...This location has the most comfortable bed I've ever encountered that wasn't in a 5 star hotel..."
The apartment is a completely private, stand alone, TWO bedroom duplex unit with a private entrance. This is a LARGE two bedroom apartment with a FORMAL living room and FORMAL dining room. That means there are 2 rooms and a hallway between the living room and the bedrooms. In other words, if 2 or even 3 couples share the rental, there is quite a bit of privacy. It is an UPPER unit in a building with neighbors downstairs.
You are a 10minute walk away from (the New York inspired) Larchmont Village, one of my favorite hangouts in Los Angeles, where you can stroll around, grab a coffee or a meal, visit the cute Farmers Market on Sunday's and check out the amazing boutiques. We can also arrange bike rental at a nominal daily rate, to further explore and enjoy the beautiful neighborhood.
RECENT REVIEW: I thoroughly enjoyed staying at Kiki's in Larchmont area. Modern simple or minimal with many subtle touches of richness of life left me calm and inspired. It was nice to go out and visit friends and come back to easy parking, ground floor access, open feeling spaces and floor to ceiling windows. I also walked several places different directions, errands and exploring.
Airbnb map says "Mid-Wilshire" and shows pictures of the museum district. but this def NOT Mid-Wilshire. This area is called by many names and you will learn to call it your own, but for sure you will hear these terms thrown about: Hancock Park, Larchmont Village, Hollywood, the flats, Windsor Square. To really give you a true idea, in a map search online: the walk to larchmont is 9 minutes and the walk to the museums posted on the airbnb map is 1 hour 4 minutes. To walk to Koreatown is 59 minutes and the Wiltern is 57 minutes. The best thing about this neighborhood is the WALKABILITY and the walk score of 95. You can get everything done on Larchmont Blvd., 10 minute walk away for coffee, great restaurants, banking, boutiques and the runway models that stroll up and down the street all day long. This area is called by many names and you will learn to call it your own, but for sure you will hear these terms thrown about: Hancock Park, Larchmont Village, Hollywood, the flats, Windsor Square.
The duplex is a 1920's Spanish style with a lot of character and beautiful big French windows. The living room has a TV with ROKU and Time Warner Cable app, Netflix and etc.
The kitchen includes a fridge, microwave and gas stove with oven that works perfectly, all the pots and pans you need to cook a nice meal and there's also a blender, a toaster, an electric water kettle and an old drip-style coffee maker (with filters) but Larchmont Village has a Starbucks, Coffee Bean, Peets Coffee, Go Get m Tiger, Bricks and Scones, Bungalow and last but not least my favorite; Coffee + Food (Larchmont and Melrose)
The bathroom has a shower and bathtub and the dreamy bedroom has a queen-size bed with a high quality mattress.
The neighborhood is very quiet and beautiful. Robert Burns park is in walking distance. Personally I love to go for a walk or run and look at the beautiful houses.
There's a washer and dryer in the unit.

-Larchmont Village is a quick walk away, with its restaurants, boutiques, coffee shops & people watching.
-street parking always plentiful, ½ block down is the back of a school, always empty of cars.
-gorgeous neighborhood near the heart of Hancock Park.
-MTA subway “red line" is 15 minute walk away station at Vermont and Beverly, look it up.
-Bus line is one block away, ride downtown without changing busses.
Please note: there are 2 bedrooms. 1st is a king bed, and 2nd has queen bed. For additional guests, there are 2 twin pull out sofa sleepers in living room and a full size sofa sleeper can be set up in dining room. Obviously setting up sleeping in living and dining rooms will impair your usage of the living space.
Also a queen size aerobed available upon request.
In addition, We can arrange to rent you a proper crib, changing table, toys, whatever you'd like is generally available. Just ask, and we can give you details.
Quiet dogs are allowed at an additional charge, if guests agree that the dog will not be left unattended in the apartment. In other words, your dog goes everywhere you go, or is crated. Please mention your dog when booking with us, and we can all decide if it works.
Please talk to us about your PET! dogs are OK with approval. Other pets are considered as well. We love our furry babies and know our guests do too. You just need to tell us the travel arrangements for your pet. Does she go everywhere you go? Does she bark? Does she sleep in her crate?

****dear guests,the construction next door is DONE. UPDATE JULY 2017 the place across the street and north is in early stages of work. crews do begin work as early as 7am on week days. Most days, they seem to be finished and clearing out of the job site by 4pm. Please note, there is a HUGE building boom in the CITY OF LA. the whole city! and no body can seem to control it: not the city council nor the planning department nor the mayor. We all suffer when there is noise during our sleep time, and we realize you may want to rebook your accommodations. Please know that we do our very best to make your stay as comfortable as possible. With kiki's stays what you can count on is honesty and transparency. Just bear in mind that you may be rebooked with another property who do NOT report construction noise because they are ABSENTEE landlords who do not care about their guests or do not know about the noise. You are visiting LA to be up and out enjoying the beautiful city, right? So be advised that you'll sleep late when you get home ;) and we wish it were different but this is how it goes these last few years in LA.

Please no smoking inside the building. On the balcony or outside is fine.
You MUST provide a working TEXT # or find kikis stays on a popular texting app, so that we can communicate VIA TEXT after your booking.
Please recycle, we have separate trash cans to make it easy!
You can see we have worked hard to create a "home away from home" for you at a fraction of what a simple hotel room in the area would cost. Please treat it accordingly and don't leave a terrible impression. We know you won't! Just in case, see information below.
YOU WILL BE CHARGED AN EXTRA $40 WHEN:
- you leave dirty dishes in the sink
- you leave bikes in worse condition than you found them
- you leave sand on furniture or floors
- leave the house in "trashed" condition, with garbage and recycle items everywhere, wet towels on the floor, etc.
- leave lights on while you're away
- leave AC or fans running while you're away
- break dishes or glasses and don't notify us so we can replace for the next guest.
YOU WILL BE CHARGED THE FULL REPLACEMENT COST OF LINENS WHEN:
- you leave stains on sheets, towels, duvet covers, pillows and etc.

The kikis stays NORTON is situated in a residential area, and is not suitable for parties or late-night gatherings, Certainly, you are welcome to have dinner with friends here, and you may come and go as you please. Just please be respectful of the neighborhood.
