This home is meticulously maintained by the owner who uses the property during the off-season. Linens are provided for the maximum number of guests allowed (8): comforters or quilts, bed sheets, bath towels and beach towels.
High speed internet access is provided as well as Direct TV cable. All bedrooms and main upstairs living rooms have televisions.
We have a dedicated cleaning crew who spends the time between Guest check-outs/check-ins, to prepare the home for your stay. We are dedicated to making sure the home is sparkling clean for you and your family! All beds will be made and towels laid out for your use.
Located right in the sand, you cannot beat the location! If you have not been to Newport Beach, you will not be disappointed. We are a great "home-base" when visiting Southern California as we are close to Disneyland, Los Angeles and San Diego.

I am a local and live very close to the property. You will have my cell phone just in case that you have questions about the property or need assistance with recommendations on local activities. I will also post emergency contact information within the home (police, fire, etc.). I will not bother you but will be available if my assistance is needed!

Please make sure you take the time to discuss beach safety with your family before your visit. We do have lifegaurd stands at 38th and 40th Streets and I would suggest setting up your camp on the beach near one of these stands.
Guest must sign rental agreement and is subject to Owner approval.
No parties allowed; responsible party on rental agreement will be held responsible for Guests.
No pets; no visiting pets.
Guests responsible for the following at departure: All dishes to be put away, personal items removed from entire property, trash bagged and placed in outdoor trash can.
Police calls due to noise violations may cause all Guests to depart from rental. Please refer to the following link for DAC (Disturbance Advisory Card) and LUGO (Loud and Unruly Gathering Ordinance) ordinances.
Guests will be charged for damage to property or contents.
Guest are responsible to follow all local laws and ordinances.
We ask that you place trash cans out for weekly pick-up. Schedule will be posted in property.
GUEST MUST SIGN RENTAL AGREEMENT AND MUST BE APPROVED BY OWNER PRIOR TO ACCEPTANCE OF AGREEMENT.
