All our villas can be accessed via a secure keyless access code or electronic lock or lock box feature. Access to community is free but guests are required to put a $20 (approx) refundable deposit to obtain an electronic key card which acts as a FastPass to the community at the guard house. This $20 deposit will be refunded to guests when they return the keycard during clubhouse business hours on the day of their departure.
Guests will have full access to the entire home. They will also have free access to all resort community features and common areas such as Club House, Gym, Internet Café, Swimming pools, Tennis courts, Volleyball Court, Walking trials and more.

No Trailer and RV Parking anywhere in the community. Car parking inside the garage is not possible as the garage has been fully converted to be a game-room. You can park on the driveway or on the street.

No Smoking and No Pets. Smoking inside any part of the home/game-room or bringing pets will result in loss of security deposit and possible additional charges added to your bill. Thermostat is set and locked-off with temporary over-ride option to guests. The house was very clean & beautiful. I was very happy with the location as well, it is very close to the theme parks. I think maybe in the instructions they can throw in specifications about the front gate security, we were waiting for 25 min when we arrived at the gate cause he wouldn't let us in.. & instruction on how to turn on the pool lights, also we didn't have any detergent or dish soap or napkins, & the check out procedure said we had to wash all of our dishes, put them away & also wash our towels and take out all the trash.... And that kind of blew me off because we are paying a large cleaning fee amount so I was confused. But other than that the house and host were great! Thank you!

I am glad to know Jennifer found the house clean and beautiful. It appears that Jennifer had to wait at the Security entrance as she forgot to carry the welcome documents that were sent to her ahead of her arrival. I can understand how it can be tiring at 1:00am based on when she called us to remember where the email with instructions is. We assisted her and asked her to show the paperwork or email with access details at the resort gate. Once Jennifer showed the welcome email, she had no issues to gain access. There is a timer switch on the wall labeled Pool Lights. I am sure Jennifer missed that as it was much later at night when she was looking to use the pool based on the time 11:08 pm when she texted me. The rest of our check-out procedures are consistent with the self-catering industry standards. We appreciate Jennifer renting our home and hopefully her stay will be even more pleasant next time. The house and location was great! It was very convenient to Disney. The neighborhood is secure and well maintained. I would recommend anyone to stay. We had a group of 14 people and everyone had plenty of space. Overall a great experience!

WARNING: If you decide to stay at this house make sure you first go thru the ENTIRE house with your camera and take photos of any damage/stains. Then report it thru Airbnb. Otherwise host will give you a surprise bill at the end of your stay! 1. Front security gate is a pain. Even though you are 'on the list' of approved entry, if you don't go out of your way to get a pass from the clubhouse the guards will deny you entry to the neighborhood. LITERALLY. It happened to us on our second day. We had arrived Sunday afternoon after a long drive with a van full of kids, of course the only thing we wanted to do was go to the house. The second time we came into the neighborhood we were denied entry because we didn't get the pass the first time! LOL. 2. The house is as pictured with a few nuances you should be aware of, I have reported these to the house but I'm not sure if he did anything about it: A. Cue stick broken and improperly held together by screws sticking out (danger to kids) B. Fan dangerously hanging off the base in one of the upstairs bedrooms C. Pest issue, found dead cockroach upstairs and I was bitten numerous times through the night by unknown bugs in the master bedroom downstairs. I had to rewash all the clothes when I got home because I was bit again when I used some of the clothes I stored in the drawers D. Not all the lights work in the bedrooms upstairs so they can be quite dim. E. The A/C control is locked to higher temperature, so you need to keep putting it cooler thru the night if you like it below 76 degrees. Or contact host for a pin code to hold it down to 72 degrees. 3. Host accused us of stains/damage which was there upon our arrival. His cleaners/management don't report properly, so make sure to do your own inspection upon arrival. 4. Master bed mattress downstairs is so worn and uncomfortable you can feel the springs on your back, and I only weigh 106 lbs LOL. 5. House itself could have been a great experience if it wasn't for all the above issues.

Whether you are a guest or host - You have been warned about Jacqueline. The damages caused by her are so obvious, in spite of her false claims about various items. AirBnB saw her damages loud and clear, and thankfully reimbursed us from her damage deposit. If you are a host, please ensure you have adequate coverage if you host these guests. We value feedback and always resolve any concerns to make our guests happy. However, unfortunately, this guest caused damages that were quite obvious for her as well as to the cleaners who reported right after she checked out. Instead of owning the responsibility, this guest decided to dilute the situation with accusations about items that are not wrong or trivial in nature. 1) All guests have to get an Access Card from the Club House which was described in the welcome docs as well as verbally explained with brochures at the gate for each guest by the resort staff (who do not work for me but for the entire community). This guest ignored their directions (both verbal and written) that she was asked to get the vehicle pass the second time she accessed the community. I have been renting 10 homes (some of them are listed here) for 7 years and this is first time a guest decided not to follow the directions given by the security staff. 2A) Pool stick has been replaced. Thanks for the feedback, we appreciate that. 2B) There is no fan that is in any danger of falling. We inspected the fan mentioned by this guest, and it is just fine. The plastic cover that hides the screws of the base of the fan was a bit lose and dropped down but is not something that is holding the fan or any part of the fan. Safety of our guests is our top priority and we would not have left it alone if there is any danger. In fact even that plastic shield also is in no danger of falling. 2C) No pests of any sort were found. We had an inspection done but this like many other claims of this guest was found to be untrue. We treat our homes for pests regularly as roaches are common to Florida. If there is any evidence of roaches, we treat the homes in between the scheduled applications as many times as needed. 2D) One room with 4 table lamps had one bulb not working in one lamp which possibly does not make the room darker. Besides they were decorative lamps. The room had ceiling light fixtures (and working). 2E) Thermostats are set to 76 F with temporary over-ride option and we state this clearly on all our listings. You can drop it down if you so choose. 3) If anyone would like to see the pictures of stains this guest left behind, please ask. They are so obvious that anyone would see as soon as you walk-in to the house. All the accusations made by this guest started ONLY after we claimed for a reimbursement for the damages to the comforters and bedding. Prior to that, she had no problem whatsoever with the house. Once we made the claim, she started sending message after message (all after she checked-out) that this and that were wrong. 4) Less than two year old mattress - No one complained about these and some guests even appreciated the quality of the beds in this house very recently. Also we inspect the mattresses regularly. 5) If it weren't for the damages and the lack of ownership for the damages (that were perhaps more of an accident than intentional ), it would have been a OK to host these guests. I live in Michigan with my wife and two beautiful kids. We started owning and renting vacation homes in tropical Emerald Island Resort in Kissimmee Florida in 2007. We enjoy visiting the many attractions in Florida while staying in our vacation homes. When I am not busy, I enjoy cooking and doing BBQ.

Why we chose Emerald Island Resort in Kissimmee: We stayed in hotels and vacation homes before we bought our first vacation home. During that time we rented homes that were marketed as 'Minutes from Disney" only to learn that it could mean as much as 59 minutes! So, when we started looking to buy our first vacation home in Disney World area, our first criteria was that it must be "within 5 minutes to Disney". We found our charming 3 bed townhome now called "Mickey's Magic" in Emerald Island Resort which is less than 3 miles to Disney. We actually drove to confirm that it takes less than 5 minutes to Disney before we bought the house. Over the years we bought additional properties in the same community.

It gives me great pleasure to accurately represent our homes and interacting and providing useful information to guests. Many guests are surprised as to how quickly I tend to respond to their queries, and I jokingly tell them that you will get the same quick responses from me unless I am dead or dying :-) Another key aspect of my philosophy is to refund the guest's damage deposit within 48 hours of departure. Some guests got their deposits even before they reached home.
