This is a true nature lover's paradise and a great area for birding. You are likely to see beautiful birds, otters, seals, sea lions, whales, and if you're lucky, our resident bald eagle will cruise down the river in search of dinner. Hiking, beach-combing, kayaking, paddle boarding, windsurfing, surfing, river and ocean fishing or just plain relaxing in your private hot tub or hanging out in the hammock - watching the river flow by. All of this in a 1-2 mile area.

I'm a true nature lover and love being outdoors, no matter the weather. I'm an avid runner and try to do 2-3 half marathons a year and will soon be training for my next race in the Florida Keys. I am semi-retired and currently walk dogs and teach water aerobics.
