I apologize that you felt the property was mildly neglected as we had a section ceiling that was recently repaired and not yet repainted, also you mentioned that a couple light switch covers were missing. These are legitimate concerns and we have since painted the section of ceiling and replicated the two missing light switch covers. They had been removed prior to your check in as we had ordered new ones and we were waiting for them to arrive. We are pleased to report everything you reported has been corrected. We were also happy to offer you a partial reimbursement for the discomfort. To clarify the property is not run by a leasing company but rather a local property management company assists with the cleaning and guests needs as I am often out of town. This is set up to streamline things and ensure you have a local point of contact at all times.
