1) Check-in is at 3pm, and check-out is by noon. Please send us a message via Airbnb App or phone when you checked out.
2) As a consideration to our neighbors, please keep things on the quieter side after 11pm.
3) To ensure full safety of our guest’s and our belongings, it is important to keep the front gate, front door, and the rear door locked at all time as a precautionary measure.
4) No unapproved additional guests are allowed in the unit. We may require valid government ID/Passports to be presented to obtain access to the unit. If you have guests under the age of 18, please ensure that they are accompanied by a parent or guardian at all time while in the apartment.
5) Activities such as illegal drugs using, prostitution, assigning or subletting without permissions are strictly forbidden.
6) Group social gathering, event, and party are strictly prohibited without written approval.
7) In order to keep the apartment’s cleanness, we have a no pet and no smoking policy, although you are welcome to smoke outside in the garden.
8) We kindly ask that prior leaving, you place any used glasses/cups, and kitchenware in the kitchen sink or dishwasher, and all dirty towels in the bathroom washer.
