When I'm in uk, most of the time I'm available to assist guests with any queries, or accessible by phone or (SENSITIVE CONTENTS HIDDEN) when needed.
I respect guests privacy, and can be on hand as necessary.
Sometimes I can take guests on outings (from £50 day towards petrol), subject to advance warning & my availability
e.g. - Beaulieu, New Forest, Wimborne Market, Old Harry's Rocks, Swanage, Russell Cotes museum, Poole harbour,
Brownsea , The Purbecks, Compton Acres, Boscombe Market etc etc

You can use the kitchen and its equipment, but please clear up after you and be sure to leave it clean & tidy.
Please take care when using driveway & designated parking area, and allow enough clearance for garages opening which are in constant use.
You can access the wi fi password on the back of the hub on the 1st floor landing by the Laundry cupboard unit, or please ask.
Please use recycling bins for recyclable materials ( lge bins) and do not mix household rubbish & food waste with recyclables. Thanks for your cooperation.
Please be considerate of any other guests who may be using the property at the same time as you.
Please look after your personal belongings - a safe can be made accessible for any valuables.
All rooms have a private door key so are lockable.
No liability can be accepted for loss or damage to personal property or vehicles or valuables.
You can use a well-equipped kitchen with 4-oven aga, but please clear up after you.
Please respect this is a private home with other guests staying in 3 other rooms, at different times.
Please do not remove anything from the house.
Please take care when parking & using the driveway, allowing enough clearance for garage doors which are often in constant use.
No liability can be accepted for personal belongings, or loss/damage to vehicles etc
Please don't operate the garage switches by the kitchen back door without permission, thanks.
Please use recycling bins for paper, plastic containers, tins and cardboard (nothing else!)
Please sort food waste & normal household rubbish in to the smaller wheelie bin.
Please do not apply for any DWP benefits from the address.
Please don't sign for any Recorded delivery mail items which aren't addressed to you, unless pre-agreed.
Please turn off lights when leaving the property.
