Start your mornings with a run around beautiful Greenlake, just steps from this modern tri-level townhouse. One of Seattle's most coveted neighborhoods, Greenlake is where locals come for outdoor recreation and relaxation. Restaurants, coffee shops, bakeries, and a trendy grocery store within easy walking distance. 15 minutes to Downtown Seattle, 10 minutes to the University of Washington or Seattle Pacific University. Near Public Transit.

Newer-construction 2 bedroom, 1.5 bathroom townhouse with a modern, industrial feel. Lots of wood and metal, with comfortable furnishings and everything you need to live well and feel at home.

Two bedrooms on the upper level with queen beds, 1500 thread count linens, dressers, closets. Full bath on the upper level with double vanity and plenty of towels. Washer/dryer available for use on the upper level.

The main floor offers a fully-stocked kitchen with assorted spices, cookware, dishes, flatware, glassware, coffee maker and more. Adjoining living room offers a television and seating area with sofa bed. 1500 thread count linens are provided for the sofa bed. A powder room (half bathroom) is also located on the main floor.

On the entry level, a place for shoes, and amenities available for use including bikes with helmets, cooler, picnic blanket and beach towels.

Outside, enjoy a nice patio with seating, a fire pit, and a gas barbecue.

Guests are welcome to use all indoor spaces and the west outdoor patio directly in front of the townhouse. The garage is not available for use.

Street parking is available within a block or two surrounding the house, but not in front of the house itself. Please do not attempt to park in front of the house's garage or in the driveway, as you will block the neighbors from accessing their homes, and your car will likely be towed.

En rigtig dejlig lejlighed, rigtig godt beliggende lige ned til Green Lake. Der var pænt og rent. 2 gode værelser oven på, som dog bliver ret varme, når solen skinner. Der må også påregnes lidt trafikstøj. Selvom der ikke er tilknyttet parkeringsplads er det nemt at finde parkering i de omkringliggende gader. Der er nogle gode spisesteder lige rundt om hjørnet og Green Lake er et dejligt sted med mulighed for badning, motion og har man små børn er der soppebassin, som bliver tømt hver dag.

I've been to Seattle a few times prior to staying in Greenlake. I love the location of this condo. It's only about a 10 mins drive to downtown and any other of the surrounding neighborhoods. There is a ton of restaurants, shops, bars within walking distance. We loved having Greenlake right (basically) across the street!!! It's so nice that there are 2 bikes provided to use at anytime. We couldn't have been more happier in this condo with quiet neighborhood, awesome kitchen, and perfect location. Highly recommended this place for anyone, singles, families, couples! You can't go wrong!!!
