Adjoining living room offers a television and seating area with sofa bed. 1500 thread count linens are provided for the sofa bed. A powder room (half bathroom) is also located on the main floor.
On the entry level, a place for shoes, and amenities available for use including bikes with helmets, cooler, picnic blanket and beach towels.
Outside, enjoy a nice patio with seating, a fire pit, and a gas barbecue.

Street parking is available within a block or two surrounding the house, but not in front of the house itself. Please do not attempt to park in front of the house's garage or in the driveway, as you will block the neighbors from accessing their homes, and your car will likely be towed.
