This cozy, comfy apartment is all yours! Brand new from top to bottom. Located in historic St. Charles, just minutes from Main Street and Lindenwood University.
The apartment has it's own private entry. While the unit is attached to the main building itself, there is no entry to any other unit from within this one. All units at the building have their own private exterior entry. There is a dishwasher, washer/dryer and central heating/cooling. The building is over 100 years old and this apartment has been renovated from top to bottom. We have fitted out the apartment similar to a hotel suite. Bath towels, bathroom amenities (in bathroom closet), bedding, kitchen pots/pans, plates, utensils, some baking dishes/cookie sheets, coffee pot/coffee, toaster. We also have a grill on the outdoor patio for your use. We do not offer any food/snacks upon arrival (besides coffee). We have a full kitchen should guests wish to bring their own food/meals.

We've kept the kitchen supplies to a minimum. Those coming for longer stays may want to get aluminum throw-away casserole dishes, etc., should you require other supplies besides cookie sheets.
We provide dishwasher detergent and soap and kitchen towels. We do supply laundry detergent (Tide PODS) and charcoal/lighter fluid/lighters for the grill. Paper towels and toilet paper are also provided. We will supply what we hope is more than you need, but should you run out, please kindly supply your own for the remainder of your stay. It's hard to estimate what every guest will use for a week-long stay or longer. The bathroom amenities are travel size bottles of shampoo/conditioner/body wash. Feel free to use, but again, those on longer stays may wish to bring their own. Lastly, some guests are under the impression that we have infinite hot water! We have a water heater sized appropriately for the space, as an apartment, and longer showers will eat up the hot water, just like at your home!
We won't bother you during your stay. We will send directions a few days before check in, and then let you have peace and quiet!

You will have access to the entire apartment, plus your own outdoor patio. The apartment is two levels, with bedrooms and bath upstairs. Kitchen, living and dining room on main level. Private entry from street level.
Parking is best accessed via on-street parking directly in front of the unit. There is a sidewalk that will take you directly from the street to the fenced patio and entry door.

We live in town, so we can help your stay be more enjoyable! Call, text, whatever you need. If you'd like suggestions on restaurants, events, etc., prior to your stay, we'd be happy to help out!

- This is an apartment building. All tenants have their own exterior entrance. Please be mindful of the permanent residents in the rest of the building. No parties or loud TV.
- Smoking is allowed outdoors only. Please dispose of cigarette butts appropriately.
- Parking is allowed on-street directly in front of the unit. The back lot is for permanent residents only.
We enjoy spending time outdoors and with family. Most weekends we are playing frisbee or baseball with our kids, or enjoying the Mighty Mississippi boating around with friends and family. We hope you enjoy your stay!
