ABOUT THE HOUSE
Polished hardwood floors flow throughout the open living, dining, and kitchen area—a fabulous social space for a group.
The living area feels bright and contemporary with two tan couches, a patterned armchair, and a dark wood coffee table. Enjoy group chit-chats or hook up the PlayStation 4 for a gaming session on your 55” wall-mounted TV with DVD player.
Get creative whipping up gourmet meals in a kitchen with granite countertops and a gas range. There’s seating for three at the kitchen island to dig into breakfast pancakes and sip morning coffee. And a sunny dining nook has room for five at a solid wood table.
The stylish first-floor master bedroom has a king-size bed, 33” flat-screen TV, and a Logitech radio with a docking station for hooking up your iPod or iPhone. There is a half bath on this floor, too.
Along with access to the backyard, the room also has an en suite bath with a gleaming double-sink vanity, makeup mirror, and glass walk-in shower with subway tiles.
The remaining bedrooms are all located upstairs. The second bedroom has a full-size bed with plenty of storage for vacation essentials between two separate closets.
Guests can snooze soundly in a queen-size bed in the third bedroom, also featuring a futon, walk-in closet, and desk.
Sink into a king-size bed in the fourth bedroom, also with a closet and a home office area that’s perfect if you need a spot to work or check email.
All bedrooms on this level share access to a guest bathroom featuring a tiled shower/tub combo.
In the fine weather, you’ll want to spend time sitting in the cushioned wicker chair on the porch.

Cleaning: Each property will be cleaned and inspected after your departure. We ask you to help us enable the cleaning crews as much as possible. Simple things like leaving the property tidy, running the dishwasher, starting to wash the towels, and taking out the trash are expected of our guests.
If excessive wear and tear is found on property, or additional cleaning is necessary due to spills, trash left on site, unclean dishes, stains to furniture, carpeting, linens, paint, wallpaper, or flooring, Guest authorizes the Owner to bill them for additional fees. If at any time the maximum number of occupants is exceeded or if the Owner receives information about excessive noise, Owner has the right to evict Guest and all occupants immediately and to bill the guest a minimum service fee of $250. If any sign of smoking is discovered Guest authorizes the Owner to charge the guest a minimum $500 cleaning fee. Unless the rental policy specifically allows, if any sign of any pet is discovered Guest authorizes Owner to charge the guest an additional minimum $500 cleaning fee.
Properties are fully furnished properties that will include bedspreads, linens, blankets, pillows, towels, a fully equipped kitchen, TV, furnishings unless otherwise specified.
Travel Insurance is highly recommended for any stay.
