Our Yosemite Four Seasons camper is set up for you on seven acres of private land in Loveland that we have named "Seven Meadows". Reservations are restricted to warm weather months and in Colorado we would consider May through mid September as being the best months for good camping and access to this property. You must be able to arrive before dark for you safety and to be kind to your hosts. The camper has a king size bed with an extended foam mattress, a full size bed with a foam mattress and a single bed if table area is utilized for sleeping. The camper can sleep four to five guests comfortably depending on size and age. There are privacy shades and screens on real glass windows. Four guests can sit comfortably on bench seating around the table. There is a battery operated pump for cold water, a sink, propane gas stove and battery operated lights. The camper is equipped with pillows, sheets, blankets and quilts, towels, paper products and your basic camping supplies. Bring your own personal hygiene supplies.
The seven acre property provides you with a place to play, walk, star gaze, grill, play horseshoes, frisbee toss, or swing in a vintage lawn swing. There is a campfire ring and you are welcome to have a campfire unless fire restrictions are in place (we will let you know). We have firewood available for $5 a bundle. The area is host to some wetlands, marsh, meadow and open prairie grass. There is a driveway and plenty of space for parking a vehicle. We have built a solar composting toilet which is located near the camping site. This is rustic camping and there is no shower or bathhouse. Loveland does however have a wonderful recreational facility, Chilson Recreation Center at 700 East 4th St., where for a small fee you can swim, work out, enjoy a hot tub and sauna and have access to their bathhouse. The hours are Mon. - Fri. 5:30am - 9:30pm, Sat. 6:00am - 6:00pm and Sun. 11:00am - 6:00pm.
Our "Seven Meadows" is surrounded on three sides by residential housing. You will feel like you are in a private park like setting with minimal city noise. For those of you who have an affinity to trains, the tracks lie adjacent to this property and are actively used. Yes, you will hear and feel the rumble of the train during the night at least once if not more and can view the train going by during the day.
You will be within close driving distance to everything that Loveland has to offer; theater, shopping, art sculptor studios and parks, coffee shops, dining and microbreweries. Loveland can also be a great home base for visiting Rocky Mountain National Park and area cities of Fort Collins, Greeley, Longmont and Boulder. You can find many levels of hiking and biking, depending on your interests.

My husband and I have lived in northwest Loveland for the past 29 years. Our home links our backyard with an acreage that we call "Seven Meadows". We have owned this acreage for 13 years and it now provides a space to breath deep and enjoy some natural landscape. Now that we are "empty nesters" we are eager to offer our home as a comfortable get-a-way in a beautiful part of the state of Colorado. We also have a camper on "Seven Meadows" that we are offering to our guests that prefer the rustic and fresh air mode for their accommodations. Our three grown children, their spouses and our four grandsons live nearby. We are Pastors in our local Vineyard Community Church. We enjoy gardening, beekeeping, reading, biking, watching good movies and taking drives in the mountains. Most of all we enjoy the time we can spend with family and friends.
