The building is not ocean front, but it is on the ocean block of Coastal Highway near 60th Street a few hundred feet from the beach. Hausregeln

- Check in time is 3pm. Check out 10 am. Tenants are not permitted to enter the unit prior to the 3pm check in time unless prior arrangements have been made with the property manager. Maintenance handles 9 units between check out and check in, and we can not guarantee what order they will be ready in.
- Linens are not provided. You will need to bring your own sheets and towels or rent them from a linen rental company in town. A detailed list of items to bring will be included in the check in information file prior to arrival.
- Tenants must remove all trash, food and personal items from the townhouse when leaving or excess cleaning charges will apply. Blankets and pillows need to be returned to the bed they were on when arriving.
- Tenant agrees to comply with local occupancy/zoning laws by not having more than 14 people in the residence at any time. Landlord reserves the right to evict the tenants if occupancy limits are exceeded. Violation of state or federal laws, city ordinances, occupancy laws, etc. will cause immediate eviction. Tenants will be also charged with any and all legal fees associated with any violations.
- SMOKING IS NOT PERMITTED INSIDE THE BUILDING OR ON THE BALCONIES.
- Tenant shall not make any alterations or improvements to said premises, without written consent of Landlord.
- TENANT WILL NOT HAVE PETS/ANIMALS ON THE PREMISES.
- GRILLING IS NOT PERMITTED DUE TO LOCAL ORDINANCE. There is a local ordinance that states grilling is not allowed within 20 feet of a multi-unit structure. There is nowhere to grill nearby that will allow tenants to be in compliance with the law.
- Immediate notice must be made to the Landlord if the following conditions occur: fire or theft, dangerous, defective, unsafe or emergency condition in or on the leased premises, or any needed repair or maintenance.
- Tenant shall not keep or have in or on the leased house or grounds any article or thing of a dangerous, flammable or explosive nature that might be pronounced “hazardous” or “extra hazardous” by any responsible insurance company.
- Tenant shall, at reasonable times, give access to Landlord, or Landlord’s agents. Landlord will contact tenant prior to entering to confirm/schedule a suitable time for entry. Landlord reserves the right to do a damage inspection if police/property management personnel find evidence of a party or destruction of property.
- The parties agree and consent to the State of Maryland as the proper venue for any action taken to enforce this agreement and that the laws of the State of Maryland shall be applied in enforcing this agreement.
- If legal action takes place, or must be instigated by Landlord to enforce the terms of this agreement, then Tenant agrees to pay all costs, expenses and all attorney’s fees incurred by Landlord.
- This agreement is not transferable.

This place was perfect. Had a great time and all the bars that we love are all so close and within walking distance.

Had a great stay. Unit is very spacious and in a prime location relative to the Ocean City night life. Excellent for our group of 10. The beach is a short walk away. Ashley was very helpful in answering questions.
