Skywood Manor is an 1870s manor centrally located in the White mountains of Jefferson New Hampshire near many area attractions. While here guests are just minutes from hiking trails, biking, tubing, swimming, golfing, skiing, snowmobiling and much more. The manor is just one mile from Santa's Village and is right down the street from the Waumbek golf course. The popular ITS corridor 5 can be accessed right off the back of the property.
This rental consists of one of three rooms the rooms are on the second floor of the manor. The three rooms are the Sunset room the Horizon room and the Peaks view room. These three rooms share a bathroom right out side the Sunset room. The Sunset room and the Horizon room both have a double bed and a single bed in them and have a connecting door, the Peaks view room has a queen size bed making this ideal for a large group or family of as much as 8 to rent them all together. Each of the three rooms has a smart t.v. an air conditioner, and a microwave. These three rooms are perfect for a group coming to the white mountains looking for cheap lodging with plenty of room for their large group. This rental is perfect for someone looking for a room that is as cheap as staying at a campground but who wants an air conditioned room and a bed instead of having to sleep on the ground. When booking this room if you are booking during the week make sure you pack like you're camping as there are no amenities and no towels provided so be sure to bring your own soaps, shampoos, and towels there will be a limited supply provided on Friday and Saturday nights. In the summer time there is no heat offered so check the weather and if it's going to be chilly pack warm clothes and bring extra blankets as only one blanket per bed is provided.

There are many things around the grounds for guests to enjoy such as picnicking areas, decks, and gardens. Feed the fish and ducks, at the pond, enjoy the sounds of the babbling brook that runs throughout the property, visit with the farm animals, and enjoy exploring the property and using the walking trails.

Your hosts the LeClair family live on the property and are available to help with anything you need. Since the manor is a large three story building the family of seven is always spread out in different areas cleaning, taking care of the farm, or attending to guests needs so if you are not able to immediately locate one of the family you can call the number that all guests will be provided with and someone will be right there to help.

This room does not offer amenities or towels and there is only one blanket per bed and one pillow for the single bed and 2 for the double bed so pack as though you are camping and bring the supplies you will need.
Prices are subject to a 9% New Hampshire meals and Rental tax, you may pay cash when arriving, or pay by credit card when arriving. If you choose to pay by credit you will be charged an additional 2.75% for credit card fees. Only one vehicle per reservation is permitted to allow enough space for everyone who has a reservation to park. Check in is between 3pm. and 9pm. if you are going to be arriving outside of checkin hours please notify us of the time you will be arriving. Check out time is by 10am. if you need a later check out please check with front desk for availability there is a surcharge for early and late check-ins and late checkouts. We welcome everyone to enjoy the property but please make sure to supervise children at all times. Food to feed the fish and birds will be provided complimentary check with the front desk and it will be provided to you, please do not feed the ducks and fish anything other than the food that we give you as some things can be harmful to the animals. We welcome you to visit with the farm animals but please do not feed the animals except for the birds and fish and please wash hands before and after interacting with the animals to ensure both your and the animal's health. Please do not attempt to open or enter any of the animals enclosures and habitats, please do not pick, trample, or crush any of the foliage,flowers, or fruit.
