RENTAL RULES

1. Smoking is NOT allowed inside the condo or condominium building.
2. People other than those in the Guest party set forth above may not stay overnight in the property. Any other person in the property is the sole responsibility of Guest. Guests are not allowed to exceed the occupancy limit agreed to above.
3. Guests should not create excessive noise at a level that disturbs neighbors; Code-enforced neighborhood quiet hours are from 10:30p.m. – 8:00a.m.
4. All of the units are privately owned; the owners are not responsible for any accidents, injuries or illness that occurs while on the premises or its facilities. The Homeowners are not responsible for the loss of personal belongings or valuables of the guest. By accepting this reservation, it is agreed that all guests are expressly assuming the risk of any harm arising from their use of the premises or others whom they invite to use the premise.

6. Only use appliances for their intended uses
7. Pets are NOT allowed.
8. Parking:

PARKING – Parking is limited to1 vehicle(s). Vehicles are to be parked in designated parking areas only. Parking on the road is not permitted. Any illegally parked cars are subject to towing; applicable fines/towing fees are the sole responsibility of the vehicle owner. Guest must display parking pass in their vehicle and only park in spot 20, or per the parking garage rules, is subject to towing.


9. Housekeeping: There is no daily housekeeping service. While linens and bath towels are included in the unit, daily maid service is not included in the rental rate. We suggest you bring beach towels. We do not permit towels or linens to be taken from the units.
10. Garbage: Please use the provided garbage bins. If you need to empty a garbage there is a garbage shoot located behind the door next to the elevator you used to come up from the parking garage. Please comply with all displayed rules.
11. Hot Tub/Pool: Guest must comply with all displayed pool rules.
12. Fireplace: The fireplace is a non-vented propane gas log fired firebox. Please do not throw any paper or other combustible materials in the fireplace.
13. At the end of your stay, you must do all your dishes. You can leave 1 load of dishes in the dishwasher, but start it prior to your departure using the provided soap.

Awesome place, close to nightlife, awesome amenities, felt at home, and the parking was perfect, very secured. Will definitely be staying here in the future again.

An excellent place to stay. Close to Mill Ave and close to Scottsdale. The pool/hot tub/gym area are a really nice bonus.

Barts property is very nice well maintained and equipped with everything you might need. The bed is very comfortable. This condo is close to everywhere that I wanted to go. There is a Starbucks across the street and the condo has a keurig which is perfect for me. I didn't really adventure the full property but the condo was clean and had everything. I enjoyed my stay.
