La Jolla Cove is truly an amazing location as it offers world class diving and kayaking, and the Underwater Museum, as well as some of the most picturesque beaches and parks in all of California.
Prospect Street, where you will find amazing shops, world-famous restaurants, and galleries is just 20-30 feet from your front door. Here you can truly experience all that makes the village of La Jolla one of the most desirable and visited locations in all of California.

The beauty and serenity of this seaside haven is enhanced with beach inspired decor and peek ocean views. A beautiful living room has a queen pull out couch, a large flat-screen TV, and a ceiling fan to keep you comfortable.
A dining area and a thoroughly modern cheerful kitchen provide everything you need to meet your culinary desires - except for the food and the camaraderie which you get to add. There is also a twin pull-out futon in the great room area so this cottage comfortably sleeps 5.
The updated bath has a large walk-in shower. And of course all beds and the bath are outfitted with premium linens to ensure your ultimate comfort.
This cottage does have an A/C wall unit, WI-FI and cable, its own private parking spot a block away, as well as an outside washer and dryer.

It is very affordable for a seaside cottage in this area - perfect for small families or a romantic getaway for one or two couples.
If available, other cottages can be rented together for a group of 8 or 9. This cottage and 8003 are just one door down from one another.
THINGS YOU SHOULD KNOW ABOUT THIS PROPERTY!
The house sits on a narrow lane, up several stairs, so accessing the house requires being able to walk about half a city block uphill if you are coming from the beach, downhill if you are coming from town.
This does not have a full size refrigerator, just an under-the-counter one. Also there is no outdoor seating, so you may wish to enjoy some of your meals in the village.
No smoking is allowed inside any of our properties.
There is a wall unit air conditioner in this cottage.
This home is located in a quiet neighborhood and is only suitable for quieter groups. Our rental agreement includes a no tolerance policy regarding excessive noise, occupancy and/or parties. Deposit forfeitures and/or evictions are strictly enforced. Please make sure you are comfortable with these policies before renting with SeaBreeze Vacation Rentals.
While our #1 priority is insuring that our valued guests enjoy their stay with us, we also have an equally as important commitment to our neighbors and our community. Below are the house rules that we must enforce. Please read them prior to confirming your reservation. If you are not comfortable with these rules, we encourage you to please make alternate accommodations:
* Minimum age policy of 25 years of age
* Check-in is after 4PM | Check out is at 11am
* No smoking is allowed inside any of our properties
* Overnight occupancy (including children and infants) is not to exceed the posted maximum occupancy. Occupancy is defined by the total number of people at the property at any time.
* NO PARTIES AT ANY TIME - a party is defined as any combination of the following; ANY loud noise and/or excessive drinking that is disruptive to neighboring houses and/or guests outnumbering the maximum amount permitted as defined above. A party will result in an immediate eviction from the property with no refund given under any circumstance. Any exceptions to this policy must be approved by SeaBreeze Vacation Rentals in writing prior to the arrival date.
* Due to the moderate coastal climate, this house (like most in the area) does not have air conditioning. (For applicable properties)
***For Pet Friendly Listings* Dogs - If you chose to bring a dog, there is a $150 non refundable pet fee per pet. You are responsible for controlling excessive noise caused by the pet (i.e. constant loud and uncontrolled barking). You will be notified with a warning upon the first complaint. At this point, you must take every reasonable measure to control the noise problem (i.e. close windows and doors and do not leave pet unattended at any time). Additional complaints will result in an early termination of your stay with no refund given.
