Greg and I became soul mates after sailing with a group of friends to Antarctica to climb Mt Minto in 1988. We both loved the impact of the great white continent and ended up creating Aurora Expeditions P/L. Our company took passengers across the Southern Ocean in icebreakers to introduce them to the wondrous land of ice and snow - Antarctica! It was certainly a privilege to be able to share our passion, to visit historical sites, enjoy the wildlife and revel in the beauty of this remote part of our planet.
Our business has taken us all over the world and introduced us to a multitude of people, many of whom have become our close friends. We are now settled on our property Mummulgum in Hartley Vale nestled below the escarpment of the Greater Blue Mountains which was announced as Australia's 14th World Heritage Area On 29 November 2000.
We now hope to share our little piece of heaven with like-minded people who love remote and wild places and enjoy the peace and quiet.
