The Guest House, which sits at the end of a long private track, is a beautifully converted stone barn, deep in the quiet heartlands of the scenic Brecon Beacons National Park. There is a pretty garden, plus 9 acres of wild grassland, with views to Llyn y Fan Fach and beyond. Inside, the Guest House has been designed for relaxation, with a large, well-equipped family kitchen and comfortable chairs and sofa.
We are in the west of the National Park, an area designated a Geopark. There is immediate access from the property to the Black Mountain and the National Park. The Barn Guest House is ideal for people wanting to escape emails and phones - though if you need to catch up, you are welcome to use the wifi in our nearby cottage. There are board games to play, streams to paddle in, red kites to watch and amazing views. A selection of delicious ready meals, prepared by Cavendish Cooks of Bath, are available to purchase.

The large garden has a Weber BBQ, eating area, loungers, garden quoits, swing tennis, outdoor jenga ... Beyond the garden, there are 9 acres of grassland, with copses and streams. There are plenty of spaces to sit, think, play or hide.

We are in the cottage next door - the only other property in the immediate area - but will leave you in peace, unless you need something.
Weitere wichtige Infos
We are at the very end of a long, rutted, stone track, which I would not recommend for cars with low ground clearance.
Dogs will need to be under control, as we are surrounded by sheep farms. Although we have stock fencing, it is not foolproof against a determined or distracted dog.
There is no internet or TV, and only limited 3G. Download the box set before you leave home!
Treat things with respect, leaving them as you found them. Just like you would for friends. :-)
