This charming home is located right on Park Avenue, not even a 2-minute walk to Main Street or the Town Lift. It is in a perfect location for those who want to ski and also enjoy the Park City restaurant scene, nightlife, and local culture.

Der Wohnraum

This home has 3 bedrooms, each with their own en suite and an additional 1/2 bath on the main floor. The master bedroom is located on the top floor and has a king size bed and private en suite with double vanities and a stand up glass shower. There is also a separate loft space attached to the master with a twin size day bed, perfect for families with children. Additionally located in the master bedroom is a set of french doors leading out onto a private Juliet deck.

The Main floor has a great kitchen with updated appliances and lots of counter space. All stainless steel appliances including refrigerator, gas range stove, oven, microwave, and dishwasher. The kitchen also comes fully equipped with all the cooking utensils you could need. The kitchen flows into the family room where you have a large, comfortable sectional, with an ottoman/coffee table to put your feet up on after a long day of skiing. Turn on the 55" flat screen TV and the stone-faced gas fireplace below it and settle down for the evening. Two french doors lead out onto a Juliet balcony with great views of Park Ave and the Town Lift.

Head down a few steps and you will be greeted with another bedroom with a queen bed, private en suite, and a flat screen TV. Also on this floor is the 1/2 bath and the access door to the private hot tub in the backyard. Use the hallway door to access the hot tub and you never have to walk through a bedroom to get there.

The bottom floor has another bedroom with a bunk bed. A full bed on the bottom and a twin bed on top gives everyone the space they want with a private en suite. Additionally located on this floor is the laundry room.

The entry floor has a great cubby system to store you all your gear including helmets and gloves as well as your ski apparel. Additionally located in the garage is a ski rack to keep all of your equipment in a convenient location.

Additional amenities include: 1- car garage, 1-driveway parking space and a hot tub.

Guests have access to the entire home during their stay. Before arrival, guests will receive an email from Cooper's Cabins with the Home Access Instructions. This email will include detailed instructions on how to access the house.
