Bramble Hare Cottage was converted from a barn by a local award winning contractor and incorporates all of the usual modern conveniences with the preserved charm of oak beams an open fireplace and vaulted ceilings to the first floor. A southerly facing garden with seating is a pleasant sun trap. It has a relaxing atmosphere and is ideally located for everything outdoor activities, the various indoor entertainment on offer in the area, shopping etc. The nearby coast is very popular for bird-watching.

The entire cottage and garden is available to guests (except for the garden shed). The gardener may come to cut to the lawn during your stay but only takes about 15 minutes.

Our agent, North Lakes Services are available 24/24. All information is provided in the guest brochure in addition to suggested walks, local entertainment, and eating out. Instructions for using all of the appliances are provided.

There is no charge made to guests for the cost of cleaning so we do ask that the cottage be left in a good state of cleanliness and that they do their own washing up.
Normally Friday check ins, but please contact us if you need to check in on another day and we may be able to accommodate.
Off road parking space for two vehicles.
A TV in each of the two double bedrooms as well as in the lounge.
A travel cot is available but guests have to assemble themselves. It is straightforward and instructions are available.
High chair available under stairs.
The key to the cottage is in a key safe to the left of the front door.
- Please remove shoes in hallway
- Please do not try to reset the clock in the hallway as it can be very easily damaged.
- Above all please be careful when lighting the log burning stove and when emptying the ashes. Never put hot ashes in the kitchen bin.
Please try to avoid making noise at unsociable hours.
Please turn the central heating off when not required and at the end of your stay.
Guests can check in any day except Sundays.
