We had a group of six, and were very happy and comfortable at the apartment we got - amazing posh location close to many attractions and restaurants and bars but away from the crazy tourist-packed gothic quarter, a beautiful view from balcony, and it was right next to a nice huge supermarket with great prices and options. A few things to note: the owner has many apartments and you won't necessarily get the apartment of the photos you see. They are all similar, but for instance our apartment said it had 2 full baths and really only had one, and a half bathroom. Our apartment also only had a stovetop and microwave, no oven, and the kitchen wasn't equipped well for someone who likes to cook. Lastly, there was no elevator and there were many flight of steep stairs we had to walk up several times a day, so if you have any physical limitations it might not be the best place for you. We loved our time and hope to stay at another of Enrique's apartments in the future!

Apartment was so much better than expected, a lot bigger than anticipated. The check in staff were very friendly and helpful, with a gift basket on arrival and information on the best places to go. We all thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

THIS IS AN AGENCY THAT HANDLES MANY APARTMENTS, not an individual, which is fine (to me), but you need to be aware from the beginning. The person you will be dealing with after will not be the same, for us it wasn't even the person the first "host" referred us to - that person was not available at the time of check-in and we ended up check-in in at the front desk of the Agency that deals with all the apartments in the building. I think this needs to be made clear from the beginning to avoid any issues and for the traveler to be more at ease. APARTMENTS ARE IN FANTASTIC CONDITION, great location, spacious, everything is great. HIGHLY recommend it.

The apartment is very nice, modern and very well decorated. The pictures must have been from a different apartment though because the layout was different. They were working in the elevator so there was a lot of noise and dust on the stairs.
