Come enjoy this charming historical home built in 1870, with a warm and welcoming family, just 25 minutes from Boston. This tranquil and large home is occupied by a Grandma, loving married couple, and three young boys (two teens and a newborn). During your stay, we retreat to the 2nd & 3rd floors, which allows for more privacy on the 1st floor, where the guest room & bathroom are located. The first floor kitchen and family/dining rooms are the areas that will be in the shared space.
Your cozy and clean private room comes with an adjacent private bathroom. Enjoy all the amenities on the first floor of our home. Lots of backyard space and parking in the rear. A pullout sofa is available for up to 2 additional guests, in the adjacent living room. But if you're super cool and friendly, we could make room for even more upstairs (specify when you message us).
Zugang für Gäste
You will have access to the main living area on the first floor, which includes Living Room, Dining Room, front sun porch, family TV room and kitchen. There's a huge/open backyard with a small playground for kids (2 - 8 years old). The living room also has a sofa that turns into a bed, for additional guests plus there's a pack-and-play available for a baby in the room, if needed.
Interaktion mit Gästen
We have enough living space upstairs to retreat and offer guests privacy. However, the kitchen will be shared and semi-occupied. We are always available via text.
