You occupy all three floors which means that there are no noisy footsteps overhead or below. Your entrance and your garage are private for this unit only. No sharing.
Three bedrooms are located on the top floor. Master Suit features a Queens Size bed, walk in closet, and a full bathroom. Second bedroom features a Queen Size bed and closet, and 3rd bedroom features two Full beds with closet. Second Full Bath.
The Den, 4th bedroom is located on the first floor featuring a Queen size bed and Twin over Twin Trundle.
Sleeping accommodation up to 13 people. Maximum occupancy 10 for all adults or 13 (adults & children) with 3 Queen, 2 Full, 2 Twin size beds and 1 Twin size futon.

- Cannot enter Pool if it is locked during off hours or maintenance window
- Cannot bring glass items to the Pool area
- Quite Hours after midnight
- All other dates requires 2 night min stay,
- Security Deposit: It is the obligation of the tenant to surrender the unit in good clean condition by the time specified in the Agreement. Tenant shall pay for any damage or unclean condition to the unit caused during his/her possession. Possession shall include common areas. Un-satisfactory condition such as excess sands inside or dirty carpet may result in deduction from security deposit.
- USE OF PROPERTY: The Tenant may use the Property only for the following reason: Vacation Rental. The Tenant may remain in the use of the property without interference subject to the terms of the rules. Exceeding the disclosed or agreeable density or causing or allowing undue noise or disturbances shall be caused for immediate eviction
- Tenants are responsible for separations of recyclable material as follows: Glass, Aluminum and Plastic in 1 container and all other trash in a separate container. Landlord will provide containers with lids (recycling is mandated by the State of New Jersey and will be strictly enforced). If any fines are levied by the City to the property address during your rental period, the tenants shall be responsible for such fines and notwithstanding any court costs, shall be deducted from the security deposit.
- Upon reasonable notice, the Landlord may enter the property to provide services, inspect and/or make necessary repairs. In case of emergency or the Tenant’s absence, the Landlord may enter the property without the Tenant’s consent.
- All keys held by tenant are to be returned to Landlord at the termination rental. Missing keys will results in deduction of $10 each from security deposit
