The apartment lounge has a flatscreen TV and super fast fibre-optic broadband so after a busy day of sightseeing you can kick back and relax on the comfy sofa. The fully equipped kitchen has everything you need should you wish to dine at home. If not, the restaurants and cafes on Leith Walk and Easter Road are also just a five minute walk (we can give you some great recommendations) and you can reach the Old Town in just fifteen minutes (or even quicker by bus).
The luxurious brand new beds (one king and one double) are fitted with memory mattresses and hotel quality linens. Towels and toiletries are provided for all guests.
As the area is residential and a short walk from the local restaurants and bars, you're far enough away from the hustle and bustle to be guaranteed a peaceful nights sleep.
During the warmer months you also have access to the private gardens to the rear of the property, or your own secluded garden nook at the front of the property, which is perfect for catching up on the days news with a cup of coffee.
The apartment is close to many different bus routes on London Road and Elm Row and also the tram stops close by at York Place, meaning that getting to and from the airport and other locations across Edinburgh are a breeze. Edinburgh Waverley train station is a fifteen minute walk or £4 in an Uber."
We do our best to accommodate all of our guests needs however please note we have no reception or luggage store room. If we have two consecutive bookings we will be unable to store luggage for guests prior to check-in or after they have checked out. In this instance our managing host may have room to store your luggage for a fee of £5 per bag which you pay directly to them. If you wish to use this service please send us a message and we can request to arrange this for you. Alternatively there is a luggage store at Waverley Train Station.
