Custom flooring and cabinetry and dazzling fixtures throughout provide an elegant atmosphere. Complementing the sleek and airy décor, the true focal point of every room is the view, which fills the spaces with natural light and ever-changing gulf coast vistas. The living area overlooks the ebbing waters of the gulf as you recharge after day of enjoying the local attractions. An intimate dining area shares this view and is further enhanced by additional seating at the kitchen island. An expansive kitchen literally sparkles with granite counter tops, stainless steel appliances and impressive views of shimmering gulf waters.

Starry skies and ethereal waters will inspire seaside dreams in the Master suite with plush King bed overlooking the balcony through sliding doors. This private retreat has all the indulgences, including an over-sized, wall mounted television, walk-in closet with custom storage and a decadent master bath with generous double vanity and oversized walk-in shower boasting dual showerheads and gulf views.

The second and third bedroom share an additional full bath with shower/tub combo and offer a Queen bed and two twin beds respectively. Both offer sensational sunrise views over the peaceful Intracoastal waterway through sliding doors overlooking easterly balconies.

Thoughtfully planned to provide a comfortable and convenient vacation experience, this property provides unexpected extras including full-size washer and dryer, ceiling fans and televisions in each room, high speed internet and a split floor plan design. Enjoying the beach life is simple with complimentary bikes, beach chairs, coolers and beachside grill area.

Sand Key is a peaceful paradise nestled just south of Clearwater Beach. It is known for its sugary white sand, pristine emerald water, terrific shelling, and fabulous restaurants. This community is ideally located and close to literally everything ... downtown Clearwater & Largo, restaurants, airports, grocery stores, shopping, ball games, aquariums, museums, kayaking areas, bird sanctuaries, shelling beaches, miniature golf, golf courses and theme parks. It is also within walking distance of wonderful restaurants, Sand Key Park, and shopping. Experience the surrounding towns by hopping on the Jolley Trolley and enjoying the many sights and activities known to the area.

Minimum Stay Requirements/Association Rules. Most individual communities, homeowners or condominium associations have unique rules and regulations that become part of the Guests' Terms and Conditions of Occupancy. If applicable, association/complex rules are provided to Guest in Check-in Documents. One of these rules for many associations is minimum stay and/or term requirements. For example, some of our rental properties are daily, while others are weekly, semi-monthly, monthly etc. Due to the properties' individual rental restrictions, there is only one reservation, booking arrangement, or any other occupancy agreement for compensation addressing or overlapping any period of less than the respective rental restrictions days (i.e. 1 day, 7 days, 14 days, 1 calendar month...). Base rental rates of each individual property reflect these rental restrictions and limitations of one guest reservation for the applicable time period. The charged rental rate is determined factoring in the number of consecutive days of the Guest use of premises to the base rental rate. Although the signed lease with an individual complex reflects the time period reserved for Guest (which at the least will be the minimum stay and/or term requirement), Guest's rental fee advertised is based on the number of consecutive days' use of premises within the leased dates by Guest. If you are booking a unit with a minimum stay and/or requirement, you will sign a lease for the minimum stay and/or term period and you will be entitled to stay for the entire minimum stay and/or term period. Scheduled departure clean date and keyless entry code access is determined based on previously arranged Check-out date and time. Guest may elect to extend their stay with prior notification and approval of TeemingVR.

As Crescent Beach Club has a 14 day minimum term, any references within this advertisement to periods of less than 14 days are included for advertising and website reasons only and those references do not change the requirement that you will be renting the unit for a minimum term of fourteen(14) consecutive days. Hello, we are Jeff and Gina Paglialonga, owners of TeemingVR (Teeming Vacation Rentals). Our love for travel spans decades as does our romance (high school sweethearts, fellow UF graduates, married 30+ years with four children, traveled to 6 out of the 7 continents). Jeff also has owned an Allstate Insurance Agency since 1990, achieving the highest company award of Top in Country. We personally own 3 vacation rentals ourselves and manage over 225 properties, located in St Pete/Clearwater, St Augustine/Flagler and Panama City Beach.
