*Return house keys to building manager.
*Room inspection will be required by building manager.
- Check-out is 2PM
- Guests checking out after 2PM will be charge the current one night room rate.
- No smoking except on the balcony, no parties or unregistered guests. Please be respectful and treat the property as your own home and keep noise to a moderate level to respect your neighbors.
- One parking space is provide
- Any damages to furniture and flooring client will be charged of the value of the product.
- One key will be given per stay.
- Lost of house key, a fee of 1000 baht will be charged for each key.
- Please Do not leave garbage on the floor/bed/side-bed etc, all garbage should be placed in the garbage bin provided.
- Please dispose garbage on a daily basis.
- Please help us conserve energy by turning off lights, small appliances, lamps, etc. when not being used.
- Using Pool and facilities only during opening hour. (6 am- 9 pm)
- No illegal activity (please compile with the Laws of Thailand.
- No overnight guests who was not apart of the advanced Airbnb reservation booking process otherwise there is a of 1000THB (Baht)fee for the overnight guest.
- You are responsible for keeping the place clean or if you require cleaning services, 500 baht per time for our Maid Cleaning Services.
