We are Inase Otsu Machiya Bed and Breakfast just opened in April 2017. The building was originally constructed in 1933 for a local rice seller, and built primarily with natural construction materials for floors, ceilings, interior & exterior walls, etc. So in the restoration and renovation process, we made great effort to preserve and utilize the materials of the original old building.
Traditional mushikomado lattice windows and the exposed timber beam add Japanese style to Western sophistication. Partial wall creates both sleeping and living spaces in the room.
- Check in time 3pm to 9pm
- Free Japanese style breakfast
- Non smoking
