La Casa 19 is a lovely multi-level two bedroom condo, spread over 1900 square feet providing plenty of room for your family or guests. This unit has a breakfast bar with a fully equipped kitchen and features a full-sized laundry room with space to keep your skis and snow boards. For your enjoyment, there is a dining area alongside a handy wet bar. The living area is comfortably furnished, with a warm gas fireplace and access to a private balcony. This space includes 3 TVs, 2 DVD players and free WiFi for your pleasure.
The master bedroom features a King bed and attached full bathroom. The second bedroom has 2 Queen beds and an attached bathroom. Additionally, there is a study, complete with a Queen bed. A Queen sleeper sofa is also located in the living area along with another full bathroom off the dining area.
La Casa is conveniently located just steps away from the Steamboat Ski Area. This spacious, multi-level property is perfect for anything from family gatherings to cozy ski vacations. Also for your enjoyment, there are 2 common area hot tubs, as well as an off site, heated pool available. La Casa also provides a complimentary shuttle service that will transport you to the mountain or downtown areas. Also for your convenience, pack n plays and highchairs are available upon request.
No pets and no smoking of any kind allowed. Any violations will result in you being charged a cleaning fee.
Before departure, please put all dishes in dishwasher or sink. Please recycle.
No glass in the pool or hot tub area, please use the plastic tumblers located in the kitchen.

Hello, we're Patrick, Blair, and Josh – known locally as PB&J. We live in Steamboat and Hayden, in Routt County and started Resort Lodging Company in 2015 to share this great place to live and work. There is a saying here, “You come for the winter but stay for the summer. . .” We know that there is some truth to that. We have put together a hard working team of dedicated local individuals that have a servant’s heart and know how to get things done while having lots of fun. The team loves to play in this big playground we live in, skiing, snowboarding, fly fishing, horseback riding, road, and mountain biking, to list a few of our favorite outdoor hobbies. If you need a recommendation on what to do or where to go, we’ll share a few of our favorite trails, and streams - but don’t tell everyone. We look forward to welcoming you to our home.
