This villa is located right on the water in the Reserve at Lake Travis, a private community whose amenities include a pool, lazy river, marina, and tennis courts.

Your open-concept Great Room is on the second level. Relax on the sofa in front of the gas fireplace, or catch your favorite sports teams on the flat screen TV. Play a game of Texas hold ’em at the poker table for four. If you get thirsty, there’s a built-in dry bar with wine fridge.
The gourmet kitchen features stainless appliances, 5-burner gas stove, granite counters, and a stone backsplash. Pick up the day’s fresh catch and impress everyone with your culinary skills. Or grab a stool at the bar (seats 4) and sample a local beer while someone else does the cooking.
Gather everyone at the eight-person table for a relaxing meal with a gorgeous Lake Travis view. A balcony with seating for two offers a beautiful spot to sip your coffee and catch the sunrise.
On the third floor you’ll find an entertainment room with large sectional sofa, cathedral ceiling, and 65” flat screen TV with DVD player.
The second-floor master features a king bed, 46” flat screen TV, and door to the balcony. The en-suite bathroom includes a dual vanity and walk-in shower.
The guest rooms are on the third floor. One has a queen bed and lounge sofa that converts to a twin bed. The en-suite bathroom has a walk-in shower. Another guest room has a king bed, with a guest bathroom with tub/shower combination next door.
On the covered lower patio, you can have a Texas-style feast. Throw some steaks on the built-in BBQ—the mini fridge and sink add convenience. Then enjoy an al fresco meal at the wrought iron table (seats 8) while taking in the Lake Travis view. Four fans will keep you cool. After dinner, gather around the stone gas fireplace on the couch and two chairs. Or watch a movie on the 55” flat screen TV.
Extras include driveway parking and a washer and dryer. There’s also a half bathroom conveniently located off of the Great Room.
This Villa is located the Reserve at Lake Travis and gives you access to the pool, lazy river, marina, and tennis courts. You can also practice your swing at one of the nearby golf courses.
When hunger strikes, you have an array of upscale and casual options nearby. Try Briarcliff Bistro&Bacon Bar or The Lantern Bar and Grill. Both are just a 14-minute drive.
For shopping and groceries, head over to Hill Country Galleria (30 minutes). To sample local wines, check out El Gaucho Winery (12 minutes). And for a day trip, Austin is just 45 minutes away.

Guests must be over the age of 25 and will be an occupant of the unit during the entire reserved period.

*No pets are allowed unless otherwise noted for specific properties.
* No smoking is allowed in or around any property.
Cleaning: Each property will be cleaned and inspected after your departure. We ask you to help us enable the cleaning crews as much as possible. Simple things like leaving the property tidy, running the dishwasher, starting to wash the towels, and taking out the trash are expected of our guests.
If excessive wear and tear is found on property, or additional cleaning is necessary due to spills, trash left on site, unclean dishes, stains to furniture, carpeting, linens, paint, wallpaper, or flooring, Guest authorizes the Owner to bill them for additional fees. If at any time the maximum number of occupants is exceeded or if the Owner receives information about excessive noise, Owner has the right to evict Guest and all occupants immediately and to bill the guest a minimum service fee of $250. If any sign of smoking is discovered Guest authorizes the Owner to charge the guest a minimum $500 cleaning fee. Unless the rental policy specifically allows, if any sign of any pet is discovered Guest authorizes Owner to charge the guest an additional minimum $500 cleaning fee.
Properties are fully furnished properties that will include bedspreads, linens, blankets, pillows, towels, a fully equipped kitchen, TV, furnishings unless otherwise specified.
Travel Insurance is highly recommended for any stay.
