We are happy to assist you with transfers from the airport with one of our trusted drivers that knows the location of the property for an additional fee payable directly to the taxi driver.
He will wait for you at the airport with your name written on a board.
Should you require this, please let us know at your earliest your arrival time / flight details and if you need a car or a van, so we can prepare a smooth check in for you.
ELECTRICITY / WATER
Electricity and water costs are included in the price however, there is a limited allowance which is more than enough for a normal use of the apartment.
Both electricity and water meters will be read on arrival and departure to calculate the usage.
The additional electricity consumption is charged at Euro 0.30/kWh.
Please don't leave air conditioning units running, or any light on, while you are not in the house.
Be kind to the environment and don't use unnecessary energy : )))
CHECK IN / OUT
Check in time is at 16.00 onwards.
Check out time is at 10.00 am.
When you book please provide us, when available, with your arrival and departure details. It is essential that you provide us these to ensure we can suitably plan an appropriate time to meet and check you in
Should you need to check in earlier or leave later, please check with us first and we will try our best to accommodate your request (depending on other guests check in/outs).
Late arrivals check-ins, between 11.30pm to 8am, will be, most probably, arranged with a taxi pick from the airport. The taxi will drop you at the apartment hand the keys over to you. Let us know before so we can arrange the best way.
BED LINEN / TOWELS
Property will be cleaned and prepared prior to your arrival and fresh bed linen and towels are provided per 7 night stay. A fresh set of bed linen and towels will be left for stays over 10 nights or subsequent 7 night stays.
It is expected that you leave the property in a clean and tidy order.
Maid service optional, price on request.
SHORT / LONG TERM
Generally there is a minimum booking of 5 nights however, depending on availability and the time of the year, shorter stays might be considered. Please drop me an email.
Apartment also available for long term booking of 6 months period maximum with a monthly rate, in such case utilities will not be included in the rate. Please do ask for quote should you be interested.
IMPORTANT: Please do not hang clothes or anything from the balconies. I will explain you where to : )
Please, do not flush anything other than toilet paper.
If it is found that any other materials other than toilet paper have been flushed and clog the drainage system, you will be charged with damage fees of up to two hundred euros.
Smoking outside, on the balcony and terrace.
Please do report any damage occured in the flat during your stay. Any serious damage will be reported and charged after your check-out according to Airbnb rules.
Kindly be advised that Malta uses the UK power sockets, and you may need to bring an electrical adapter if you are coming from continental Europe or other locations.
However some adapters will be provided.
We expect all our guest to respect our neighbours and keep noise to a minimum. No loud music or parties after 11pm.
We kindly ask that, prior to your departure, you leave the apartment in a tidy/clean state ready for the cleaners to spring clean the apartment, this includes all dishes to be washed.
Please do report any damage occurred in the flat during your stay.
Any serious damage will be reported and charged after your check-out according to Airbnb rules.
Costs of minor accidents such as a broken drinking-glass will not be deducted, but we ask you to let us know even if little accidents do occur. Thank you..
