The original Plochmann home built in 1918 is located on 7 secluded acres in the heart of Woodstock. Within walking distance to the village green with all of the local shops, theaters, golf course and restaurants. Adjacent to the world famous "Midnight Ramble" musical events. The occupancy has included painter Carolyn Plochmann, author of "The USA Trilogy" John Dos Passos, musician Levon Helm leader of the Band and occasional residence of Bob Dylan, as reported by the New York Times.
Historic houses in Woodstock, such as ours, have their own distinctive charm that makes them unique in their own right. The space is warm, beautiful, artistic, secluded and quaint.
