The apartment is bright and sunny with 808 square feet and 75 qm. The atmosphere is very nice and calm. There is silver ware and porcelain, towels, bed linen, duvet covers, pillows, hair dryer, enough plug ins in the bathroom. In the kitchen you find teapots, espresso pot and a french press from Bodum. Since it is a private home, you find also spices, sugar, salt, vinegar, olive oil and other every day cooking stuff. Please feel free to use it. Tea and coffee will be there also.
You want to take care of the waste or bottles, please. There is no TV, Radio or music station in the apartment. I do not need all those extra appliances since there is WLAN and I use hand held devices only for entertaining.
The final cleaning costs 60€.

The area is close to the city center. It is a young neighborhood. Though the apartment is very central it is quiet and the view is onto the roofs and into backyards. If you are with a dog you want to enjoy various forests and local recreation areas. You do not need a car to get there. In the evening for the last walk with your dog you find some smaller green places near by. Bebel square, Feuersee and Leipziper square. Do not forget to take your poo bags.

I am very much interested in everything that has to do with contemporary art. Well it is part of my profession. I like all sorts of things: hiking, nordig walking, skiing, reading, going to the movies and just doing nothing really, but enjoying life.
I love going for a walk with my dog, a beagle. Also I have to confess I am a Netflix lover.
When I am traveling I like to be independent, to be in a comfortable place, that lets me feel at home. When you good this apartment most of the time you will talk to my friend Nadja. She lives in Stuttgart and I am in Stuttgart only for 3 nights. The rest of the week I am living in Berlin or I am in some other city due to work.
