Its 30 mins from Orillia and 10 min from Midland and 1.30 from Toronto
Let’s keep in mind this is our family cottage and it’s a cottage, not the Hilton, or Lake St Joe.
Its a great fishing lake and canoeing peaceful and beautiful. The dock area is shallow so you can wade and would have to go further out to swim ,
The property is vast grass leading to the water quiet with excellent neighbours.
The furnishings are like home its a get away from the everyday life of perfect walls and paint and wifi and tv and stress.
Our purpose is to share it with people who want to get away from the city life, the four walls of work, the constant phone ringing, texting, chaos, emailing and the hustle of life. To breath some fresh air, run thru the grass enjoy the lake water, the sounds of nature and the smell of open pit fire crackling in the night
Your Check in and out were spot on and exact so a low rating is ridiculous,
The cottage is dust and dirt free and WELL maintained, perhaps a crumb on the toaster may have been overlooked for that I guess I’m guilty.
There is zero rust in our bath tub it is not old and the the shower is pressurized on well water sadly if someone is 6”6 then there may be a cause for concern! In the end who comes to a cottage picking fun at a shower ???
Some of the slight orange around the drain would be of the hardened well water that is used .
The price received was that of a mistake in listing price as it should have been and has been more on many other sites with full appreaciation of the opportunity.
I think Muskoka is where the next booking should be for this customer.
For anyone else reading this, If you want to canoe, kayak, fish, bonfire, glaze at the stars, relax read.....while our cottage maybe a bit dated as the pictures fully show ...then maybe you can consider my cottage. Thank you!
