The flat is located on a bustling city centre street within walking distance to the amenities that Edinburgh's city has to offer and only a 2 minute walk from the tram stop, straight from the airport.

There are three double bedrooms, an open plan living room with kitchen, and two bathrooms with some pieces of art that I have made or collected over the years.

Perfect for couples, families, solo adventurers and business travellers.

This three bedroom flat has plenty of space for your stay, it is homely and cosy with a boho feel.

The living room/kitchen has comfortable seating for relaxation and unwinding after exploring the city. The kitchen has all the essential items that you may need for your stay including crockery, cooking utensils and glassware. There is also a compact dishwasher.

The three bedrooms each contain a double bed with storage and hanging space for your stay. My cleaners place fresh, hotel quality linen and towels on your bed prior to arrival.

There are two bathrooms, one has a shower with wc and sink, the other has an old-fashioned bath and a copper sink that is unique to the flat. Please note that there is only one toilet in the home.

The flat is not on the ground floor and there is no lift in the building. As we are so central there is no parking space provided.

Great spacious 3 bed apartment in a great location. Quick and easy access to plenty of shops and restaurants. 10 minute (max) stroll to Princes Street, Waverley station. Would highly recommend and wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again!

What can I say , what a beautiful flat . Great location , 10 minute walk to the royal mile , 2 mins from great Pubs and restaurants . The flat itself is beautifully rustic and classically "Edinburgh". Huge bathtub in the second bathroom and each one of the 3 bedrooms was plenty large enough with comfy beds . Communication with Rebecca was easy and smooth Would definitely recommend and will be staying again

The place is equipped with anything you need for an enjoyable trip. Clean and safe and walkable to the main attraction in Edinburgh, such as Royal Miles and Calton Hill. Recommended if you are looking for a great travel.
