There is a Guest Welcome Binder in the home which is full of useful information, and your entire house will have been professionally cleaned before your arrival. We provide a beginning supply of essentials (hair dryer, toilet paper, paper towels, bath towels, beach towels, garbage bags, hand soap, dish soap, dishwasher fluid, laundry detergent) + mini shampoo & conditioner in each bathroom.

When you submit a booking request, we will call and/or email you immediately to answer any questions BEFORE WE ACCEPT OR DECLINE. Your stay must include $49 Damage Insurance ($3,000 in coverage) with the $300 deposit, OR only a $3,000 deposit. Either way, we will send you a “Guest Agreement” which must be completed, signed and returned within 24 hours to avoid cancellation.

Credit Card: A major credit card must also be on file in cases of incidentals and/or damages that exceed either the $300 deposit, the inclusive $3,000 Damage Insurance policy limit (for $49), or in the case a damage insurance claim is denied. Tahoe Alpenglow Properties will send you this “Guest Agreement” which has a Credit Card Authorization section at the bottom which needs to be completed, signed and return within 24 hours of approval to avoid cancellation.

Check-In: Check-in time is 4pm. This time may be flexible depending on the reservation schedule Check-in information, property address and other information along with the lock box code will only be sent to you prior to check-in date when paid in full.

CSA Travel Insurance: Vacation Rental Insurance is available with your reservation, and can be added upon request. House Rules & Regulations: The property being rented is in a residential neighborhood with year-round residents living nearby. Parties, excessive noise, rowdy behavior, and other nuisances will not be tolerated. Guest is entitled to the quiet enjoyment of the home and TAP will not interfere with that right as long as Guests do not interfere with those rights of the neighbors and other Guests.

Illegal Activity: The Guests shall only use the Premises as a residence, and no illegal activity shall take place in our around the Premises.

Occupancy: 8 Max

Amenities: Our home is equipped with a large variety of kitchen utensils, small appliances, towels, bedding and basic toiletries. Kitchens are well equipped with dishes, glasses and tableware for the maximum occupancy. We do suggest bringing extra toiletries, bath soaps and other comfort essentials. Towels specific for beach are included.

Cleaning and Damages: Home is expected to be in the same condition upon departure, as it was when you arrived. House cleaning is a required service after all departures and is included in the cost of your reservation. This is how we insure everyone a clean and warm welcome. Please run the dishwasher, strip the bedding, collect used towels, start a load of laundry, and place excess garbage into the bear box at departure.

Trash/Bears: Trash should NEVER be left outside the bear box to avoid unwanted visits from wild animals in the area which may cause danger to Animal, Guest or Premises. Trash should be left inside, locked in the bear box, or as a last resort in the garage if there is no bear box at your property. The Bear Box has a (2) can minimum, and any trash that does not fit in the bear box is considered excessive trash.

Heat/Utilities: DO NOT TURN HEAT OFF AT DEPARTURE. PLACE TO 55 DEGREES PLEASE. There is a large risk of pipes freezing in the Winter.

Locked Areas: Any doors, cabinets, or storage areas that are locked are to be considered off limits. These areas are designated as the Owner’s personal space and Guests are NOT permitted to enter. Guest will be held liable for any damage and/or missing items.

Pets: Pets may incur a $80 pet fee and must be pre-approved.
.
Smoking: ALL PROPERTIES ARE NON-SMOKING. Thank you for NOT smoking.

Telephones: These phones may be used for local calls only

Parking: STREET PARKING IS NOT ALLOWED FROM NOVEMBER 1 TO MAY 1 DUE TO COUNTY SNOW REMOVAL. Please park in designated parking areas or you may be cited or towed by the county, and even pushed aside by a snow plow.

Snow Removal: Snow removal is provided November through April, however, TAP does not control snow removal operators.

Maintenance: If a malfunction does occur, please report to TAP immediately so we may send someone for repair as soon as possible.

Guest Responsibilities: Conduct yourselves in such a manner as to ensure the peaceful enjoyment of the neighborhood (Guests of the Guest entering this agreement have the same obligation).

TAP Entry: Owner, TAP and representatives reserve the right to enter the Premises with prior reasonable notice to confirm compliance with Guest responsibilities and the terms of this Agreement.

Return of Items Left: Upon retrieving the forgotten item, we will return item to you by regular postal service for a fee of $35 to cover postage and reasonable storage costs.

I authorize Tahoe Alpenglow Properties to charge the valid credit card provided the company for rental expenses incurred, balances that are due or may become due, or to pay for losses, damage, or excessive cleaning expenses incurred that are not reimbursed to Tahoe Alpenglow Properties under the Damage Protection Plan. I have read this Guest Agreement and agree to abide by all policies contained herein.

The cabin is just as described and even better than we expected. It has everything that a family may need. VERY clean and comfortable! I was pleasantly surprised and RELIEVED to not have to clean before settling in. The neighbord is quiet and clean and back porch was semi-private with a nice surrounding of trees. The extra touches, night lights; hand soap at EVERY sink; all sizes of towels, including beach towels; pool and ping pong table; Barbeque pit; and discout passes for Rec Ctr were bonus! This was a very last minute booking, but Chris was quick to respond. Communication was fast and easy. Would definitely come back and recommend.

What a fabulous deal, and such wonderful attentive customer service! This was a last minute booking and Chris did an amazing job reaching out with all the information I needed. The place was great for us and our kids, it was pretty bare on the nick nacks, so I wasn't worried about the kids breaking things. We were there during the GOT season premier and Chris even helped us figure out the HBO Now account so we could watch it. The place had everything we needed to visit the beach, go hiking, all we needed was ourselves. Didn't get a chance to use the pool or community center, but my family had such a good time we want to come back and spend more time! Thanks guys!

The cabin was just as described and pictured. It was very comfortable for our group of 6. It could have easily fit 8-10. It was a good home base for our get away to the mountains as I know it will be for you if you stay. The clubhouse and pools were a bonus as were the tennis courts and gym. I would recommend this cabin. Chris communicated clearly and made our stay great.
