*Fair warning* There was some inconsistency that I was not pleased with throughout my experience booking at this property. First off, this property is listed from a third-party company called "Better beach rentals". The property was listed as a 1 bedroom when in fact it has 2 bedrooms. And one of those bedrooms have 2 beds total and a pullout couch in the Livingroom which was not correctly listed. I was also asked to shift my dates a day early (wasn't a problem for me but maybe for some). So, after checking in at the Better Beach Rental office (roughly 3miles away from the actual property) we received our package which included our pin number to the property and other information about the area. The property was nice and everything was clean. We noticed the cleaning person left a bag of new towels and bed linens, so shortly after, we get a knock at the door. The person came back for the cleaning bag and introduced himself as the owner of the property. Immediately, he comments about my two dogs and asked how much I was charged for pet fees. He walks into the property (without invitation - not once btw) looking for the receipt in the package (from Better Beach Rentals). He points out that Better beach rentals did not charge me for a second dog. Which I did state I have "two fur babies" when requesting to stay at the property. So, the owner is making a fit about how he's going to talk to the rental property and how we're going to get charge additional $100. I politely told him to deal with that between himself and the rental property. He left the property and leaving a bitter taste in my mouth moving forward. I did not feel welcomed or respected of our temporary living space. Later that day, probably not even 2hrs gone by, we returned from the store and the door did not accept our pin. We notice the owner was still around and cleaning the pool. We asked if he could assist us and commented "I just saved you $50 for you to call them (rental company) to come out." He types his master pin and it did not work multiple times. He's getting frustrated and probably the 8th try, it finally works. Again, he opens the door, walks right in and directly to the kitchen to grab our package we left on the table to hand us our pin. Saying "take a picture so you don't forget it again." Obviously, it wasn't our mistake and we typed the pin in correctly. Even his pin didn't work over 8 tries. Anyways, as he's leaving, he repeats about how he saved us $50 and reminding us we'll probably have to pay the extra $100 for the second dog. At this point, I'm completely upset and frustrated with my experience so far. But it gets better. Again, the listing did not provide sufficient information about what...
