I hesitate to give this place a good review because once the words out, it will remain booked and we'll never get to stay here again! What a beautiful place and great view! Everything you need for a great stay. More than adequate closet and storage space, comfortable furnishings and bed. Kitchen is a one butt space but all you need for efficient work space. The balcony doors open all the way to the wall so you have true indoor/outdoor living. You get morning sun and afternoon shade as well as a nice breeze. We sat on the balcony and watched the cruise ships leave Cozumel across the way. We enjoyed seeing the lights of Cozumel in the evening on the horizon. Rick was a wonderful host, was always available for any questions or needs. It is only two blocks over and one down to a very nice beach. It was nice for walking since there is not another hotel for about half a mile. This building is a perfect location for walk ability. It's two blocks to the beginning of the developed and quieter end of 5th Ave. Close to shops, restaurants, taxis as well as local markets. This one is a winner, we look forward to coming back.
