This was my first AirBnB, so I didn't know what exactly to expect. I also had to organize and book a place for 7 people on very short notice. I used the Instant Book feature, and I was extremely pleased with how quickly the process moved from there. That said, I'll name some pros and cons.
Cons: Some dishes were a little dirty. It was easy to re-wash them, but that's not the point. The towels seemed clean, but there were some stains on some of the bed sheets. Again, not a huge deal, but a con nonetheless. There was some evidence of wear and tear. Minor damages such as scrapes on the walls, glass sliding doors getting stuck, loose shower doors, and a tear in one of the couches. The driveway only fits two vehicles, but finding parking elsewhere wasn't ever a problem.
Pros: Besides those few things that I pointed out for review's sake, everybody in my group, including myself, loved this place for the most part. The wall art took a good amount of our time and attention to talk about. The decor, tables, and chairs were nice and very useful. We even managed to comfortably host another group of friends from another condo for a small gathering before we wrapped up the night. The beds were comfortable. The restrooms and showers worked and served their respective purposes. The kitchen was pretty well stocked with basic cooking/grilling tools and utensils. There is a small grill poolside that we took advantage of. We definitely got our money's worth with the pool alone. It was a very nice feature, and stayed at a great temperature all day long. We weren't far from bars, restaurants, or public beach parking whatsoever.
For 7 of us splitting the cost of this place, we payed about $65 per night per person. That's a freakin' steal compared to even the cheapest hotels on the beach. We only stayed two days, and everybody was thoroughly satisfied. I would definitely come back to this little gem. Overall, very good place to stay.
