Our guest room is simple and bright. It has a large window with a beautiful view of the sunrise every morning. It is spacious and has a large TV. The TV has an apple TV with all the major network apps available. We also provide WiFi. There is a dedicated guest bath just steps away from the bedroom in the common area. You will also have access to the kitchen to store food or cook as needed.
Zugang für Gäste
You will primarily have access to the guest room and guest bath. You are welcome to use the kitchen and living room areas to relax a bit. As it is our primary living area we would prefer you don't use the space for any social gatherings. We do have a garage. If you need to store bikes or kayaks you are welcome to do so and will have access to them as long as one of us is home, which is most of the time.
Interaktion mit Gästen
We are a young couple without kids. We have two small dogs which will interact with you but are really mellow and don't jump. Our bedroom is next to the guest room and you will most likely see us during your stay. Its up to you how much you want to interact. We are pretty friendly but respect people that want to keep to themselves. We leave it up to you how much you want to interact.

Designer/illustrator - I love to ride my bike around town, go camping, hiking, fishing. I make friends easily and tend to keep them. :) I love to have dinner parties with my husband, cook and bake, and I love to have friends teach me new things like a recipe or how to knit a certain stitch.
Studied fashion at Parsons School of Design, my emphasis was in children's wear.
I was a nanny in NYC for 9 years worked for 3 familys, the last family I was with for 8 years.
My favorite movies are anything that give off a cozy comfy Nora Ephron vibe! :-[) My favorites are "Dan in Real Life" "The Family Stone" ""Little Women" all the Meg Ryan/Tom Hanks films... "Jersey Girl" "Wall Street"
to name a few... :]
I am a very LOW MAINTENANCE traveler. I've been to Japan many times, Italy, Switzerland, London... and so over the course of years of be-boppin here and there i've learned that the best way to travel is light. :-[) I always leave a home/campsite/movie theater free of my mess... Even though an Air B&B/hotels/movie theaters have people to clean up after you I was raised to leave a room having people glad they know you and want to invite you back. I appreciate it when friends and family do that in our home and so I try to do the same wherever I go.
