Christian, thank you for your feedback. I've addressed below each issue you raised.
Amenities: All Air BnB listings require the host to list the apartment's amenities, which I did. I did not list that I have a coffee maker, an electric kettle (I do have a stovetop kettle and a microwave that is not often used so I leave it unplugged in the kitchen cupboard), or major cooking utensils (other than the essentials). As you know, my apartment is a bachelor pad and like most NYC apartments, it is not geared towards entertaining or hosting, which is clear from the pictures and based on the amenities I listed. I would kindly suggest that you pay more attention to the amenities listed on hosts' profiles when you book accommodation in future. People who book my apartment are looking for a clean and comfortable apartment, in a great location, near the park/subway, for a good price.
Cleanliness: I have a professional maid service that cleans the apartment thoroughly before and after each use. I am surprised to hear you found sticky marks and/or dust. I will be sure to engage another cleaning service and make sure they do a better job in the future.
Closet Space: Again, it seems you may be unfamiliar with how Air BnB apartments work. It is not unusual to have some of the owner's clothes/personal items in the apartment, which is the case for me since it is my primary residence when I am not renting it out. I left ample space in the various cupboards and drawers so I cannot understand why you could not unpack your clothes. I left over 20 empty hangers, space in the closet and multiple drawers under the TV set - all of which were empty and available for use.
