The Meadows is just 50 metres away, the Grassmarket half a mile and the Royal Mile just beyond. We are half way between the Kings Theatre and the Underbelly making us ideally located for the Festival.

The city has a great public transport network of buses and trams. Taxis are readily available (and quite cheap) however most attractions are within walking distance.
