You won't be able to get thru every dining and entertainment option in Belltown area of downtown Seattle! And in the center of it all, our one bedroom condo. It includes garage parking!
Our building is well equipped. It includes onsite parking, pool, spa, sauna, gym, several view deck/BBQ options, a huge courtyard with seating areas and fountains. Truly European style grounds with modern amenities - all in center of downtown Seattle.
The bedroom features a Queen bed. The sofa converts into a Twin bed. Occupancy is available for up to three.
Just outside the building - the city's top restaurants, bakery (Macrina) and bars. Nearby Moore Theatre, Pike Place Market, El Gaucho Grill for fine dining; really too much to list everything here.
We are within walking distance to every major Seattle Attraction in downtown.

We feature a self service check-in that involves keys pickup utilizing something called KeyCafe. The venue for this is within a half block. Register with KeyCafe when you get the e mail!
High-speed Comcast internet/wifi. No Cable. The TV will be app based.
98% of buildings built before five years ago do not have air conditioning. We do offer partial air though; a unit in bedroom!
Parking will involve having to check into condo first and picking up parking pass for your rearview mirror. It is to be returned to condo at checkout.
100% non smoking environment including balcony. I will charge $100 for any evidence or slightest residue of smoking.
You must retain Itinerary/house manual located online after confirmation of booking. We will NOT walk you through anything for information that is clearly written in your itinerary/house manual. This is designed for self service check-in. I am usually on a plane and will not handhold your check-in, the keys or parking procedures here.
Keys must be picked up at KeyCafe venue for check-in.
If utilizing parking, it is vitally important that parking pass be returned to condo where you found it, at checkout. There will be minimum $250 charge for lost or misplaced parking pass here. Best to simply be careful and return it.
Fee for lost keys and/or fob is $500. Best to simply not lose them.
Guest-count must be 100% accurate. We will terminate on sight and cancel without refund for discrepancies. Arrangements must be made in advance.
Do not lock yourself out. You are 100% responsible for lockout services. Call a locksmith, not us. Best to simply not leave premises without key/fob in your hand.
Shoes off while inside the home. Charge for soiling my brand new carpeting will vary, but minimum charge is $150 for this breach of contract.
Checkout is no later than 11AM. Please do not ask.
Keys and parking Pass to be left in condo at checkout. Door will lock automatically behind you.
